A Mixed Bag: AceGamer Wireless Controller for PS4 Review
The AceGamer Wireless Controller for PS4 with its Purple Galaxy Custom Design V2 certainly catches the eye, offering a unique aesthetic that stands out from the standard controllers. However, the overall experience with this knock-off PS4 remote is a mixed bag. Design (4/5): The controller's design is undoubtedly its strongest suit. The Purple Galaxy Custom Design is vibrant and adds a touch of personality to your gaming setup. The textured grip feels comfortable in the hands, and the placement of buttons and analog sticks is familiar for any seasoned PS4 gamer. Build Quality (3/5): Here's where the AceGamer falls short. While the controller looks flashy, its build quality doesn't quite match up to the original PS4 controller. The plastic feels a bit cheap, and the buttons lack the satisfying click that you'd find in an authentic Sony controller. The thumbsticks, while functional, lack the same precision. Functionality (3/5): The controller boasts additional features like 3.5mm audio and turbo function. The audio jack works fine, and the turbo function can be useful in certain games. However, it's worth noting that the turbo function can be a bit too sensitive, leading to accidental activations. Compatibility (3.5/5): The AceGamer Wireless Controller is advertised as compatible with PS4, Slim, Pro, and Windows PC. While it does connect to all these platforms, the performance isn't always consistent. Some users report connectivity issues and input lag, especially on Windows PCs. Thumb Grips (4/5): The inclusion of two thumb grips is a nice touch, providing additional customization options for gamers who prefer a different feel. They are easy to attach and do enhance the overall grip on the thumbsticks. Conclusion: The AceGamer Wireless Controller for PS4 is a budget-friendly option for those who want a visually striking controller without breaking the bank. However, the compromises in build quality and occasional performance issues make it clear that this is a knock-off product. If you can overlook these drawbacks and prioritize aesthetics over performance, the AceGamer might be a suitable choice for casual gaming. Serious gamers, however, might find it worth investing in an official PS4 controller for a more reliable and satisfying gaming experience.

Good controller, headphone jack broke relatively fast
It has a decent battery life and felt good in my hands, but the headphones jack already broke and I haven't had it for too long. I know it's not the headset because my headset works for my other controllers and my phone. Everything else works nice though

Doesn't link to play station.
I really liked the controller, I was greatly disappointed when I tried to link it to my ps4 and it would not after several attempts. I did as the instructions said to and even reset several time with no luck. Update: was sent a new one and it linked with no problem. Works as expected. Customer service from the company was amazing to work with as well. Thank you!
