Good product for lower back pain.

Works good if you have lower back issue. I've had back issues for a very long time. especially when I drive. Five min. into driving I start to have pain in my lower back. My room mate has new 2025 car with lumbar support driver seat. Helps out so much. My car..NO. I took a chance on this product at a store near me and luckily it has helped so much. This helps my lower back when driving and at work. I wear this everywhere I go. I only take it off when I'm at home. Only down fall is sitting down with it on. It starts to fold and over time it becomes uncomfortable due to the folding of material. It's difficult to keep it from folding on you. It seems to work well, but it is difficult to put on.

The best aspects of the strap are the comfort, support and flexibility. However, it can take me 2-3 minutes to put on and secure it properly. The straps get caught every single time when placing around the body. I use it every day except on Sunday. So far over 2-3 weeks, it has been a good purchase. I specifically use it for lower back support while on a stationary bike and rowing machine. I do not use traditional weights (anymore). I like it over my shirt not directly on my skin. I'm 6'1, 228 pounds and it does not bunch up on me. I do not use the lower back insert that it comes with. Maybe I should, time will tell. ... show more

Overall, it took 11 days from order to arrival for an in-stock item from a U.S.-based seller. (Went almost a week between tracking updates from UPS). When it arrived, the outer package had been opened and re-taped shut. The product inside was filthy, as pictured. After cleaning it up, the product is as expected: a back brace. Bang for your buck back brace.

I sustained several spinal cord injuries and herniated LV-4-5 and S-1 and S-2 including neck injuries. Case in point I'm constantly in pain. Over the last 6 years I've tried all sorts of back braces. Sadly all have not worked. They sag, velcro wears out, metal plating doesn't hold up, bends, or creates moisture from sweating etc. Walking or doing simple things around the house, light yard work was unbearable and within 2 hours time my back was on fire forcing me to sit down and pop pain medication. This brace is the real deal! light weight, easily concealed, no trashcan fit around the waste. No rigidity, no ridding up or slouching. It stays in place and is extremely comfortable and inexpensive. Since my purchase I can walk gingerly for 4 to 5 hours without discomfort. Prior it was 2 hours max. It takes a beating and keep on ticking. Not surprising its an Ace.
