The bed is gorgeous and is so study. Love that there are 4 drawers and 4 cubby spots on the sides,has 2 cabnets that are like hidden compartments on the head board , makes for quick easy storage. The price was good for the quality of the bed frame. It is easy to assemble BUT it did take hours to put together bc there are a lot of pieces that go into this frame making it sturdy, so it's best to put it together on a weekend or when you have time to put into it. Performance is so good it is so sturdy and I have two teens you just jump and plop down on my bed and it has held up and doesn't make and noises when getting into and out of bed. The LEDs make for a good nightlight and just set a relaxing tone to the room when you just need to whine down for the day or just want to relax and read. Took us about 4 hours to get it together but that's a small thing to worry about for such a amazing bed. ... show more

Sturdy and lots of storage. Assembly did take quite a bit of time and definitely needs two people. Make sure you take inventory and inspect of all the parts (there will be 2 boxes) and follow the instructions in order. I read that some people had some difficulties when it came to the slats *hint* push down on the curved slat itself (til almost flat) to get the plastic part to line up with the holes then use a hammer to drive them in.     • Great Bed Storage Bedframe. Takes Many Hours to Assemble.

Bought the King size for our bedroom. It is a great frame, very sturdy, and no squeeking or noise as advertised. The only downside is it took my girlfriend and I like 17 hours spread over two days to build. It's a TON of parts and over 50 pages of instructions. The two boxes it arrives in are very heavy too so be prepared to have help lifting and assembling. Unless you start early in the morning, you may not be sleeping on it the same night. Once built though it is fantastic. Looks great and feels great. I am knocking 1 star because the hinged doors on the headboard didn't have very well aligned holes drilled so one of the hinges snapped when closing, I had to make new holes for the remaining hinges to not break in the same way. It still works with 3 out of the 4 hinges but I'd love to have my broken hinge replaced. Also once again, be aware that putting the king size together is a BIG time commitment. ... show more

I hardly ever right reviews on products. B it I’m so over frustrated and so done with it. For starters it’s not even real wood. It’s like some mushed and compressed wood shavings wrapped in a wood like paper-glued-on wrap. While trying to follow the very confusing instructions some of the “wood” shattered or ripped right through. Some of the screws were too long so I had to cut them down to make them work. This took so much time and at the end to attach the headboard to the base none of the wholes matched up and waisted even more time. I had to buy and borrow one of my neighbors tools to correct the problem. That was a mistake and shattered the wood more. Over all it look beautiful in camera for product but not worth the quality especially the metal/physical time it took to build. I’d never buy this again nor suggest it to anyone.     • The boxes were incredibly heavy, assembly took 2 days, but its sturdy and looks very nice.

I bought this bedframe in October of 2024. It does creak like other reviews said, but it's minimal, and i think anything made of wood will do that. The wood is particle wood, but it's heavy and sturdy. It was a huge pain to bring inside once it was delivered. It comes in 2 300lb boxes. I had to carefully drag it up my few steps in front of my door T-T I was very sore. Then it took 2 days to assemble by myself. I made the mistake of starting in the afternoon instead of the morning, so i only had half the bedframe and half the headboard done after a days work. When screwing in some of the metal pegs, they tended to screw in any direction they wanted and created lumps when they came close to popping out another side. This happened a few times while making the bedframe specifically, and once those holes are there, there's no redirecting the screws. The parts in the boxes aren't divided by the bottom of the bed and the headboard. They're all mixed up in both the boxes. But the instructions were very clear. I did get confused because some of the parts had the same letters, but some had something like A, and the other had something like AA, but once I took out all the parts, it became a lot easier. I had to sleep on my couch for a night, but luckily it was on the weekend. For a lot of the little screws you just had to create entire entry holes, so take the building slowly and steadily. Don't rush the process or even little mistakes can damage the structure and stability of the bed. Felt really proud after I finally completed it, but it was an undertaking. The entire bed is really heavy, and is longer than a normal bed, but i love all the storage, and that the lights still work even after all this time because i got a little worried with some reviews saying the lights died after a year. I'll come back after a year and give an update about the lights. I didn't buy it for the lights, but it has been really nice having that option instead of turning on my very bright lamp. It's going to be a pain moving with it though. In order for my moving guys to move it, i'm at least going to have to unscrew the headboard from the bedframe. It's lift-able, because I'm a 5'3" woman and I lifted both of them in order to assemble them, but once assembled you can only shift it around. I have vinyl flooring, so it's easier for me, but might me impossible to move on carpet. ... show more

Alot of work to put it together. Directions were easy to follow for the most part. Wood Dowels, cams, and some screws. It was a little challenging as we needed a little more free floor space. It looks great. There are stickers to cover the cam locks ....not high quality but what I expected. Love the storage. ... show more
