I ordered the Queen Size Bed. Everything was packed nicely, no damage. Assembly was easy, Screws fit perfectly, no extra tools needed. I did support the middle Section with some 4x4 pieces of Wood. It makes everything sturdy. One thing I noticed, the Slats are easy to put in Place, because of the Velcro. No Screws. But make sure you sit down on the Slats, and check if they stay in Place. If something isn’t perfectly leveled, the Velcro will lift, and the noise drive you crazy. I had to put a few Screws in the Slats, to get rid of the Noise. Overall a very nice Bed for the Price. My Mattress did fit perfectly. Happy with the Purchase.

We were needing a new bed frame and I knew when I found one we liked I should order it. We did and ordered it on April 26. We just assembled it yesterday - August 4 - because we had to wait for new flooring to be put in our bedroom. When the bed arrived the box was in pretty good shape - normal scuffing and one small ding that barely pierced the outside cardboard. The frame weighs a little over 100 lbs, so my recommendation would be - if the cardboard is severely punctured - just refuse the delivery. I finally opened the packaging yesterday. I was impressed from the beginning. Once I had opened the outside box - heavy carboard - there was another box just inside that and it fit snugly in the first one - it was not damaged at all. When I opened the second one I was even more impressed! I hate opening packaging and having little styrofoam pieces immediately scatter themselves over the room. The styrofoam packing pieces were each sleeved in plastic! Wow, this company does a good job of setting customer expectations right up front!! As I separated the wooden pieces into piles for assembly, I was impressed again at how tightly the styrofoam and wooden pieces were packed together. From the inside pieces to the outside boxes, I felt that under normal freight handling this unit should never be damaged. I feel the manufacturer has taken precautions above and beyond to make sure the bed frame arrives in good condition. All the parts were in excellent condition and color matching to the online pictures was very good and the pieces all were excellently finished and the color matched. I was impressed by the tools and screws, etc, included in the set. I assembled the whole unit using the little ratchet they included. The bolts were all labeled nicely. The instructions were easy to understand and it was easy to match the number and letter stickers that were on each piece. The finished bed frame is very sturdy. No wiggle at all. The slats and the way they attach are very easy to install and finishes a strong system. I am totally satisfied and expect the unit will keep me that way for a long time.

So, as I return to the listing to leave a review, it’s a bit frustrating to find that the price dropped $80 to $392, and if I would waited … Anyway, the box is long and heavy, and not a 1 person job to carry. It’s made in Vietnam and loaded with packaging materials. In fact, for the size of the box and with all the material, the amount of styrofoam is a bit surprising. The instructions are minimal and still effective. All screws have threaded anchors and everything is fairly well made. The wood finish isn’t as smooth as expected, especially since acacia wood is generally an oily wood that allows for smooth surfaces. The distressed look comes from a few impressions on the surface which could be intentional but are far from numerous. The stain is slightly lighter than the name suggests but a good match for my room. Overall, the minimal design is effective and sturdy. The wood itself is pieced together, much like a cutting board. If that could cause structural issues, only time will tell. The footprint of the frame is only minimally larger than the mattress itself. As such it’s very compact and certainly not a design that begs for center stage.

I really like this frame. The height is great for a 12-13" mattress. The slats support and allow the mattress to breathe. It was fairly easy to put together and the holes and materials were all accurate. Instructions were clear and complete. It was packaged Extremely Well, very Impressive. It is heavy so needed to be unpacked from porch and pieces carried in individually. Wood is pretty and seems sturdy. A couple of marks on the wood but not easily noticeable. I would purchase again. Only suggestion would be to widen the slats another 1/2" to 1".

Good looking frame. Two things to keep in mind. One, buy a low profile mattress or you will cover the headboard. I bought a Purple mattress that was about 9 inches thick, it works great. Don’t put a 16 inch thick mattress on this frame, or you will lose the headboard completely. And two, the wooden slats that go across to support the mattress are the flimsiest things you have ever seen. The mattress sags because they’re so flimsy. I had to go to Lowe’s and buy 1“ x 4“ boards and had them cut to length, and bought a roll of Velcro Adhesive strips that I put on the end of the boards and also stapled the Velcro to the boards to make sure they stayed secure. That was an additional $120. In the end, I’m very happy with this bedframe. It’s just more work than you realize when you get it. One final caveat, this is not for overweight people. You will break this frame.
