In short a great buy!!. Should have bought it sooner. I love the AI control system keeps my room at 1.3 kpa all day and night. I had spikes in my evening hrs that would reach up to 85-90% this knocked it down and kept it down without to much hassle. I did get 1 overheat error on it but I put a fan on it and haven't had the problem since. I'm running it on its own without the controller 69 pro and does great. Be sure the the probe is at canopy height and out of direct light. To get a true reading. Bit of learning curve but easy as pie when u understand how it works. For me I use (dry mode set to 1.3 kpa) then put fan speed to max. Push the AI button and she's off and running. Side note I have mine sitting outside of tent and I reversed my ducting, I extract from bottom vent and enter thru top vent. Found it keeps things more even thru the tent. For the money it was a must have. Like most of us I have been growing for the past 20 yrs. And can't believe the simplicity that has been brought into this industry I remember when I had to source things out one piece at a time. Now it's all a click away and plug n play.

Works ok when dehumidifier is directly in the tent. Just adds a bunch of heat. If u have unit outside of tent and ducted it doesn’t work very well. For the money it doesn’t seem worth it at all.

Here is a breakdown of why this unit is a mandatory upgrade for any serious indoor grower. The Unboxing Experience As someone who regularly films equipment unboxings and timelapses, I appreciate brands that care about presentation and protection. Securing the unit was straightforward, as shown in the product listing in 13202.jpg. When it arrived, the packaging was impeccable. The outer retail shell seen in 13196.jpg gave way to a heavily protected, premium-feeling inner box, captured in 13195.jpg. It immediately feels like a professional-grade piece of hardware rather than a standard consumer appliance. Build Quality and Accessories Pulling the unit out of the box, as seen in 13197.jpg, reveals a sleek, matte-black design that fits perfectly with the rest of the brand's aesthetic. More importantly, it comes with exactly what you need to integrate it into an advanced setup. The inclusion of the UIS expansion cables is a massive plus, and the provided continuous drainage tubing is thick, durable, and highly flexible. This thing is awesome, I was nervous about the heat based on past reviews but I’ve got it outside of the tent pumping dehumidified air into it and it’s completely controlling my humidity and even on full blast it’s only raising the temps in the tent by a few degrees and if anything is getting my tent to a more optimal temp. It pulls a ton of water out of the air too — the reservoir is pretty large and I’m emptying it once or twice a day to keep up. It’s several orders of magnitude better than similarly priced dehumidifiers on Amazon. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone unless you’re already pushing the limit on temps in your tent without it.

This machine does a fantastic job at regulating the RH. It has a little heat output but nothing you can't handle with an AC easy to use and setup very quite and when it's on no lights to show that it's even in use

It's kind of small, feels cheap but so far works as advertised so I can't complain. The price is high for what it is but it's smart so combined with the AI+ controller, it becomes what it's advertised to be. Like the AC unit, it doesn't require much power to do it's job. I have mine maxed at level 3 (out of 10) and it will dehumidify a 4x8 tent within minutes. More often than not it will run at level 1 and get the job done. Level 3 is more of a night time thing. The only maintenance is the draining of the unit but I figured out that the entire unit fits perfectly snug inside a five gallon bucket. As in it just fits but will sit high up in it (gets stuck about 5-6 inches deep) and so the rest of the bucket will catch the water no problem. Super easy solution to something that could be a problem. You will need the ducting for it and that's about it. Duct, bucket, AI controller and you'll be set. No AI? The sensor works but I would recommend a cheaper option if no AI. With AI you want the ADD intelligence so it's another task you don't have to worry about. Sure you can finish a grow without focusing on humidity but if you want a better grow then let the AI help you achieve that. It do it yourself. Either way, it comes down to how serious you are about your craft. The choice is yours. Don't blame the equipment, it's on you to figure out each and every environment you're dealing with. Yes these devices will help. You have to help the devices help you so don't let a negative review turn you off.

This thing is a piece of **** I have to babysit this thing more than any piece of equipment inside my 5 x 5 tent. I purchased one unit and it kept randomly shutting off I contacted AC Infiniti and they said that’s weird. No one has ever caught us with that issue before so I figured it was a one off. Returned it to Amazon got a new one in place of it and it worked great for about a week and then that unit also would randomly just start turning off. My second unit also no longer has audible noise when you click the buttons. Honestly, I am not a fan of AC infinity products at all I have had numerous issues with them and their customer service really sucks. This will be my last purchase. Good luck if anyone else buys this you’re going to have to babysit it and check on it every day. I have had to go down and turn my unit back on every day for the past week if I get lucky it’ll maybe go one whole day working properly.
