We are a busy mechanics shop and use the machine sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. What I like about it is its easy to use for the new employees, accurate and fast, no warm up or mandatory leak checks and software updates to slow you down when you are trying to get something done. I think its the best value machine out there for the price. Just be sure to manually purge it once in a while, especially after filling or refilling the tank, it can and will get non condensables in the tanks for various reasons and cause high machine and vehicle pressures. We have had lots of A/C machines in our 34 years here, I like this one the best so far.

I saw all of the good reviews on this machine when shopping. Reluctant not to buy a Robinair from a local parts supplier because of warranty and technical help over the phone. This is a dual machine for a couple grand less than a single 1234yf, meaning it'll do 134A also. I already have two of those and they're worked daily, many times both going at once. I was setting this machine up on a Sunday and needed a little help, called the 800 number and was amazed that I was on the phone with a very helpful human instead of a message or emailing back and forth. This machine doesn't FORCE you to go through the ridiculous long drawn out process the Robinair would on the new refrigerant systems. You have the control over it. I also have the 134A side when I have three job's going at once, or if one of my other machines go down. Time is money!

The unit works well. Great machine very user friendly and fast. Easy to used, price is great, and does everything. Best investment I have made for my shop. No need to have two different machines for two different a/c this one has both in one. Would definitely recommend to all my shop owners.

I've been servicing auto ac systems for over 15 years with nothing but snap on machines. Due to the $20, 000 price tag on their dual machine I took a stab at this unit. Just filled the tanks and did a recovery and recharge on a 1234yf, then a r134a system. so far, so good! I am impressed with the speed and easy operation of this machine. Only drawbacks are lack of good instructions for initial setup and use. If i had never used an ac machine before I would have been lost. I can deal with purging the air manually to save 15k! Time will tell as to quality, longevity and support, but out of the gate I am impressed.

Machine will not recover freon. Been trying to fix with customer service. Been a month now. Getting frustrated.

This is a good product. I don’t usually do the reviews but after using this almost daily for over 2 years it is well worth the money. Never had any major issues with the machine. Some small ones like a harness rubbing the cooling fan and it over gasing the used oil container causing to overflow. Customer support also reached out to me for filters and a concerns about a year after owning. If I need to will buy again.
