This hitch is heavy duty. It works as any HD hitch should. Pulled 12k dump trailers with ease. One downside…the small bolt that keeps tension to stop rattling is a little cheesy. It should be bigger and secured some way so it can’t loosen up. Used some thread locker and issue seems to be fixed!

The media could not be loaded. Didn't expected to be this heavy duty. My husband bought one 2 yrs ago that I thought it was heavy until this arrived ... I bought it for my 2023 Jeep Rubicon 4xe. Love how versatile it is simple to use fits well inside the hole. I'm not adding the orange piece because I ordered a pink one that matches my jeep accents, so I will give that one to my husband. The difference size balls makes the functionality so convenient and the adjustments helps us pick the right adjustment. I'm not using the lock that came with because I bought a key lock.

this hitch is fantastic! other than looking super cool, it has three sized heads with different capacities to fit your needs. It also has a rotating D-ring and a strap hook. this is easily one of the most versatile tools on my truck. the pin section has 4 holes to facilitate any mounting direction. it comes with a standard pin and a D-ring. other than that there is no assembly required. the hitch did come shipped in a thin layer of bubble wrap inside a box. it arrived scuffed. overall I am very pleased!10/10 recommend!

Used it three times already andhad it less than 3 days. The ball mount sticks out a bit further than expected. But worth the money. Heavy duty as advertised. Easily to rotate to different ball sizes and better than needing to carry 3 different ball mounts. I see the envy in my coworkers eyes.
