Works good, no issues. Wireless remote works well for me. Runs quiet without clacking and klunking. Update 10-2-2025 Winch gave a loud pop and stopped pulling. It's no longer working, Only pulled 350 lbs probably less than 6 times. So, I've been on chatt with amazon 3 times and have not resolved the problem. I've sent a message to the seller but so far this whole process has been very un-amazon like. Not sure it's going to get resolved.,
