The only reason these get 3 stars is the connection —the threads to the drain at the bottom of the bowl were stripped. HOWEVER- my clients love these over our other shampoo stations. They mention how comfortable they are , the block really elevates the shampoo experience . I like that the bowl comes with a sink plug and the basin is wide enough for clients with long hair . ... show more
