This is the only dehumidifier that I could find that had an inbuilt condensate pump and Wi-Fi capability. We installed it in the crawl space where the RH was 95%, and after about 4 days it was down to 59%. Maintains it at 53-59%. We don’t hear any noise. Machine is beautiful and yet built tough, well worth the money (700.00). Now it’s been about 2 weeks and it is working fine. Wi-fi connects right away, features setting RH, on/off, purging collected condensate manually. Kitchen floor is back to normal which had popped up under the pantry door.

This appears to be well-made, but don’t expect 130 pints a day. In fact, the app that runs the machine will only show 55 pints. I don’t even think you’re going to get 55 Pints per day. I hooked it up to a 5 gallon bucket and it looks like it produced about 4 gallons a day which would be 32 pints. I live in Florida and it’s quite humid here so you would expect that it would produce a lot of water a given good humidity differential. That I would say this is probably an average dehumidifier. When I looked at other ones that are available on Amazon I think they’re probably all the same. I think when they say 130 pints that’s under extreme conditions and to expect at most half of that.

The media could not be loaded. This unit is consistently dropping off the network, the only way to get it back online is to delete your account and go completely back through the setup process again, I called technical department and they said access data on my unit was down on the app and try again in 48 hrs, It worked for one day and went down again, I’m not sure it’s worth the money at this point unfortunately.

I live in Florida. I used this dehumidifier in my garage after the hurricane, and it worked great. Super easy to set up with the hoses, and it sucked all the moisture out fast. It’s tough and did the job really well. For the price, I’m happy with it. If you need to dry out a space, this thing is solid

I received my dehumidifier and it did not seem to be working as stated. I contacted customer service via email. Al promptly returned an email and he had me send some pictures and run the unit though a test. There engineers determined the unit was low on refrigerant. They sent a label to send it back to have it repaired. When I told Al I would prefer a new unit sent out since this was the start of our high humidity time, they sent me a new one and told me to keep the original until I received the new one and made sure it worked properly. The new unit works great! Great customer service. Al was very good to work with Good Job!
