It took my husband, who is experienced, and I 11 hours over 3 days to put it together, but it was so worth it. Only 2 holes didn’t line up and we were missing 2 screws somehow. Could have been the beer. Everything was well packaged and labeled. We have had many items that were not. The directions were fantastic. It is super sturdy and beautiful. Very happy with the look and very happy with how this assembles. It is very well packaged for delivery also. A few things for those that buy the double roof unit. The brackets in the early steps face down, both for the posts and for the mid supports. The corners for the roof system are kind of funky. Our brains wanted them to fit square and flush but they aren’t designed that way. It took 2 of us all day to get this up with the couple mishaps with the brackets, and the supports were not pre drilled for the middle roof bracket. I think it needs to be stained and sealed after getting it set up. ... show more

The canopy is excellent. Easy to put up and take down! Very sturdy and will last many years. However, the reason for 4 stars is the bag. It has wheels no bigger than a small carry on luggage. What a joke!! The canopy weighs at least 55 lbs. I even went back to the site and saw where they advertised “upgraded” wheels but I didn’t get them. Amazon wasn’t able to help me except to return the entire item. Like I said the canopy (and side panels) are great. It’s the wimpy carry bag Wheels that are bad especially when they advertised “an upgraded wheel” on their bags ... show more

I do craft shows and Farmer's Markets and needed to replace my worn out canopy. I was attracted to this one because of the construction and it's available colors. It did NOT disappoint. Other vendors have already admired it and asked where to get one like it. My only complaint is the bag is and isn't as well constructed. I was hesitant to order this gazebo because all the reviews were for a pop up; however aside from the fact the legs are triangular (not fully square) and the wood is clearly manufactured it went together well and there were no significant issues. It was only $1200.00 ...so you get what you pay for...it's currently serving it's purpose. Attempting to contact ABCCANOPY was challenging. They could use some real customer service but I wasn't able to contact anyone on the phone. ... show more
