First night camping and of course it rained. Very easy setup and we placed it over the picnic table to play some board games while it rained. However, it started leaking at the four corners of the vent and down the seams. I have just reached out to the seller and abccanopy for support. I will update the review on how the support goes. Update 9/14: The seller and abccanopy were very responsive which I greatly appreciate. They did offer to replace the top and/or partial refund. They did point out that this is a sun shade and not a commercial grade canopy that prevents rain from seeping through. However, the description is very misleading: "WINDPROOF, WATERPROOF, UPF50+:300 Denier Polyester with PU lining,100% Waterproof and 50+UV protection". Buyer beware. As a sun shade canopy, it is easy to setup and performs as a sun shade as expected. If you want rain protection, look for a commercial grade canopy that has sealed seems. Upgraded to 4 stars as the seller and abccanopy were very responsive.

It wasn't difficult to set up. Two people would make it easier, but I got it up in under fifteen minutes. At some point overnight, a deer ran into one of the legs. When I went out to look at it in the morning, I found two of the top arms were bent and the canopy was ripped. I contacted ABCCanopy to see if I could buy two arms and the clips that lock them in place. It would have been easy to fix. They let me know that the parts would cost more to ship overseas than a new canopy and offered me a whopping $10.00 off of a new one. I couldn't fix it without that arm and the canopy would not extend fully without it. It ended up in the garbage. The damage was no fault of Amazon or ABCCanopy, but I would advise anyone not to expect replacement parts, should something happen. The entire skeleton is the sum of its parts and the metal is easily bent. Once bent, it "tears."

Love this thing, but you should know that its 2 separate items. A canopy... And some semi universal mosquito nets. The nets fit, but they aren't great. There is no storage for them in the main bag, so you will need to provide a bag or something for them, and thus make sure you bring said bag every time you travel with it. The nets could be about 6" taller so they reach the ground with a bit of excess so bugs can't simply fly underneath. It works if you don't keep the canopy all the way up, but then tall people hit their heads. The canopy itself is awesome. Pretty much the standard to go by along with ezup. The nets were a disappointment. I'd just look into some universal ones if it saves you some money, because that is all these are.

This pop up shelter is just ok. Does the trick to shelter us from sun or rain when camping. It’s pretty easy to set up. The second time it was used, one of the flimsy latches that lock and extend the legs bent. Fortunately we had pliers with us, and were able to fix it, for now. The shade canopy top also came out of box with couple of small 1/4” runs or thin spots in the cover. We noticed this on the first use, but the it doesn’t seem to be leaking so they may only be cosmetic. For the price, I’d expected the quality to be better. We’ve used 3 or 4 times so far, but I don’t expect this canopy to last long. Will update review after we’ve used it for a while.

I recently purchased this for my sons backyard. We assembled it in minutes. It's very sturdy. We let the sides down and bungeed it to the fence when we had a storm. It works great for hot sunny days.

Definitely nice and sturdy. But the kit didn't come with and of the string tensioners to tie it down... pretty annoyed about that. Had to buy a bag of tensioners which is why I left out 1 star.
