After using beach umbrellas for years, this canopy purchase was the absolute best!! My husband felt like setting it up was less work than our past umbrellas. It also provides so much more shade! My husband and I comfortably sat in chairs under it and also laid down on a blanket under it. Both our kids were Lao able to sit on a blanket under it with us for lunches. It felt like having my own personal beach cabana. We placed the poles in the sand about 6inches and secured with sand on a really windy day. It stayed put. On a different day when there was very little breeze we didn’t bury them at all and had no issues. I will say that you shouldn’t plan on standing under this, but for sitting or laying down it is perfect. Seriously the best purchase we’ve made for our beach vacations!

It was one of the best investments we have made! it has awesome coverage and a privacy back wall❤ . I like the easy setup and disassembling. I wish the roof was a little higher but then it would be more susceptible to wind gust. It is sturdy. Instructions are a little confusing so just remember to pull the legs apart like an accordion. Edit: The legs also telescope and snap into place. 06/05/22 Update: When you push the bars for the roof in place do on leg at a time. Push each leg at the top where it connects to the roof until you hear a "click". That will indicate that the top of the roof is locked in place for that leg of the canopy. Inside of the canopy frame where you hear the "click" you will see a red tab. That is what "clicked" locking the leg and roof in place. You also press the red tab to disengage the lock so the canopy frame van be collapsed. I couldn't figure out why the canopy sagged on one side. It was because all of the legs were not locked in place. Then when I took it down after wrestling with it that's when I found out what the red release clips were for. Lol. The picture does not show the anchors and tie-downs because mine is on a concrete patio. So there are anchors and a nice carrying case for storing the canopy. It has straps to carry like a backpack to hike and wheels if you want to roll it. The storage bag has a hard plastic bottom where unzips in a square pattern to remove the canopy and stakes. I like it. The back wall and canopy are one piece. The wall has a velcro strap at the top and a velcro strap at the bottom. The straps wrap around the legs and reattache to the velcro on the canopy wall. It's nice because you can unstrap the velcro and lift up the wall to let air flow through. I use to work for EZ UP and this is a good little shelter. I don't know if it is waterproof though. We don't get much rain in California. Lol. Cons: the canopy is a little tight but not so that it would rip. The instructions could be more specific. Overall, I have no complaints. Try it out. You can always send it back if it doesn't perform the way you think it should based on the advertising.

We haven't been able to take the kids out for almost a whole month now, good thing to have these to set up a backyard picnic/camping site for them to play in. It's easy to set up this canopy, take only a few minutes to completely erect it from scratch by myself. Since this is an open canopy, it's great to use this on a sandbox or sandy area for the kids to play with, I wish we could go to the beach with it but we can't now. Provide very good shades and it's sturdy, which is good because we don't want it to fall on top of them while playing. We keep it up for past 2 week in the backyard now and been doing well, no rips or tear yet. Also, everything when folded is relatively small and not too heavy and fit perfectly in a carrying case, which is great for taking it on a trip or to the beach later.

Surprised how sturdy it stayed in place after using at the beach with windy conditions. I didn’t use the weight bags but instead slightly buried the legs into sand and it never moved. Agree with another review that if people are 6’ tall it poses a head-bang from above but totally worth ducking to get underneath. But note- after you Velcro the corners DO NOT Velcro the small bar straps until it’s fully extended. The tarp is of nice sturdy materiel and the carry case has wheels which makes super easy to tote along.

I loved these tents, and the side panels that go with the abccanpoy brand. they zip together.. making your display look sleek! They are easy to put up and take down. Tall enough for my 6'3" husband to fit under very nicely ! Highly recommend this brand!

Purchased this item less than a month ago (delivered July 17, 2019) for my sons deck. The main reason we purchased this item was the claim, “Super strong steel commercial grade frame and strength truss bars are very sturdy.” We had a rain storm this past weekend (August 3, 2019), the frame bent. This newly purchased tent replaced one we had used for years with no bending. Looking on the website for warranty information, this says, “This warranty does not apply to any product that has been altered in any manner, nor does it apply to any damage due to wind, rain, snow or any act of nature.”. Please send us a new frame that is sturdy. We do like the blue top, with vent. We will change this review should this get resolved. Thank you.

After trying multiple canopies, this one is by far the best one! You cannot beat the price for the quality of this canopy. Used it multiple times and have no complaints. Ez to setup and take down. Overall, great investment.
