I purchased a gazebo one year ago. Recently in my area, there was heavy snow. Since it rarely snows where I live, I didn’t think there would be enough snow to do any damage or that it would even be enough to stick to the ground. Well. It snowed enough to make a large snowman…UNBELIEVABLE! Unfortunately, the snow caused the top of my gazebo to fall. I might note the fabric on top never ripped. Only the plastic parts that the metal clip into broke and some of the metal poles were bent. I contacted the company and asked them for replacement parts only. Within a month. I received an entirely new gazebo at no cost! I’ve never received this level of AWESOME customer service in my life! BTW, My gazebo is beautiful and we love it.

I purchased this gazebo and I had a few issues that were uncovered during the installation. It’s came to a point where I needed to contact the manufacturer. I reached out to the manufacturer to share my issue, emailed photos and without any hesitation the manufacturer replaced my gazebo. The company stands behind their customer satisfaction and I appreciate their efforts in keeping me happy with my purchase. Gazebo is great, it took about 90 minutes for the full install and can be done on your own. I live in Arizona where our temps reach around 115F or 46C and it’s a significant help with shade. I’d say for the cost of this gazebo it’s a no brainer but my opinion this isn’t a long term solution. Its weight is minimal as me and another person can move it all over the yard. In addition, for the little rain we get in the desert of AZ, the gazebo isn’t water proof as you’ll feel a mist come through when it’s raining but could be solved with a water resistant spray. Long story review short, I’d buy this again due to the customer service and value of the gazebo.

Likes: Easy to put together, engineered well, sliding nets, tightener adjustments on corners, solid framing. Item was packaged well and instructions were clear. Dislikes: Defective and support. Rip stop fabric top was full of pin holes and larger holes on the seams. ABCCANOPY support wanted to charge me 60$ to ship a replacement. I had just purchased it and politely refused and pointed out that all I need is the top, not the rest of the canopy and that I could just return it to Amazon for free. I had already completed the installation and had it bolted into a concrete porch so I really didn't want to completely disassemble it. I sent them the same pictures that I have posted with this review along with proof of purchase. They agreed to ship me a new top only and I waited for it. It never arrived and support stopped answering email. They took just long enough to close the window on the return which I believe was the plan. I would have rated this 5 stars if not for the defect and the very poor customer support. ABCCANOPY here is your chance to do the right thing.

Very easy to assemble thanks to the main posts being two pieces that bolt together and the top being snap together. I was able to assemble the entire top without a ladder, then had my wife assist to attatch the lower post pieces to bring it to it's final height. The issue that I did have with assembly was that three of the snap in pieces did not line up with their corresponding holes, so I was faced with a choice: disassemble and return the whole thing and find out that they were no longer in stock, (There was no customer service number or email option to get replacement parts), or drill new holes and paint it to prevent rust. I went with the latter and am very happy with the canopy. The fabric seems very robust and I love the "pull loop" sewn into one corner of the top and pull hook (provided) to help get the fourth corner nested onto the last arm (without getting a finger caught in there). The size is perfect, we fit a table & 6 chairs under it, and the height is tall enough that nobody will bump their head. I attatched tie downs at all four corners (attatched at the lower post/ crossarm attachment point) and added velcro attatched bags filled with sand to the bottom of all four posts. This has proven to be a very sturdy setup as the canopy has been rock solid through several very windy storms.

Great price, great value. We move every two years. Usually, we consider gazebos disposable because they fade, dry-rot, rust, or are a general pain to disassemble and reassemble. Our lucky neighbor gets the faded, torn remnants at the end of our assignment, if they want it. Not this time. We were able to use it for two years, store it for half a year, and reassemble it without any issues. Highly recommend! Tips: * Watched the video on how to get the corners in the soft cover pockets without tearing the material. Very helpful. Basically, go to the center and push in the pin to move the metal arm in a quarter inch or so. This gives slack needed. * We put the legs in cinder blocks and fill with pea gravel. This eliminates bulky sandbags and leaves a hole open to put potted plants/cigar butts/etc. Been through hurricanes without issue. * Christmas lights around the edges and a hanging centerpiece (flowers/candelabra) are just what this gazebo needs. Enjoy!

I purchased this Gazebo for my deck in April and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. Here's why I highly recommend this: Sturdy and Durable Construction: The gazebo is constructed with high-quality material which is durable. The frame is sturdy and robust and can withstand adverse weather. Easy Assembly: Setting up the gazebo was a breeze. The package includes clear instructions and all the necessary hardware. Even if you are not particularly handy, you'll find it easy to assemble. Ample Space: 10x10 provides adequate space and it has been a good hangout place for me and my family. Rain Protection: The canopy's waterproof design has proven to be a savior during unexpected rain showers. I don’t have to worry about rainy day and inclement weather.
