The media could not be loaded. This was a good option for the price so that I could have some shade over my hot tub. I managed to put it together myself but a second person would have been a big help. It took a while with just me. Added the sand bags to each leg and felt that it was sturdy enough and wouldn’t be an issue for the windier days in Florida. I had only had it up for just less than 45 days before Hurricane Ian showed up. I added tie down straps that attached to my hot tub. Those straps saved the canopy from becoming a giant flying rocket of metal. But the joint welds did not hold up to the winds. This north facing joint snapped at about 60 mph winds. One more side joint snapped later on in the evening. While I have been able to temporarily secure the joint I will have to order a new canopy. I would recommend this canopy even in Florida with our strong winds. This canopy held up for what be considered “normal” winds and a bit more. The canvas top never ripped. Make sure to secure the canopy with tie downs for safety purposes. ... show more

We ordered a 10x10 khaki gazebo and it looks very pretty. We have been very pleased so far with everything about this gazebo, especially given the price. The installation was relatively easy and the material feels good quality. I am not too worried about rain leakage, particularly because we live in the middle of a desert. I am, however, a little bit concerned about how it will handle strong winds. So far so good, will update if things go wrong! ... show more

This product has very bad craftsmanship. The sewing is off and doesn’t align with the frame. I reached out to there customer service and they attempted to charge me for a replacement. This is bad customer service! Customers are not to pay for the company’s bad manufacturing. I expected to get a quality product and was very disappointed when we almost finished the install to realize the cloth does not line up with the frame and there was nothing to correct it. The company did not have the color I ordered (gray) and wanted to send me a green, not anywhere my color and on top of that charge me &100. This company is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED & DISATISFIED!!! OH, they took over 3 months to try and make excuses why to not replacement, they wanted pictures, video, tried to negotiate colors and price. From sending me $25 for the inconvenience -$55 for a full replacement for colors I don’t like and $100 full product green replacement that I did not want. If I bought a similar top replacement online, it’s almost $100. Why would I take $25 refund. Amazon said to work with them and sorry to say, it must be returned because the company is not fair. All I wanted was to get the same color too and return the faulty one back to them, IT’S USABLE and looks cheap with the faulty sewing. We've just gotten this canopy together the day of this review, so we haven't had much of a chance to use it. However, when it first was delivered and we took everything out of the box, it was missing all the necessary parts needed to keep it together, such as brackets and screws. When I got on to see what my options were, the only one presented was to repack the entire 50-60 lb box to return for a whole new one. No options to just have the missing pieces sent separately. Return was easy enough, we packed it back up and put it outside the next day for UPS to pick up. No need to print a label or contact UPS ourselves. Got the new package and my husband put it together. He said it was easy enough for one person for most parts, but could have used a second set for a couple steps. We did have one piece along the top that broke when it was screwed on because it was pretty bowed coming out of the box. Hoping that's the last of the issues. Seems sturdy enough for our deck. Hoping to get a fan to hang from the hook provided in the center of the top of the tent for super hot days. ... show more

My husband and i put this together in one afternoon. It took us about an hr if that. The instructions were extremely clear and easy to read. All the pieces were labled and easy to identify. We love the sturdiness and the size for the price we paid. Over all this is going to last us for summers to come, to enjoy the backyard with all the shade.
