The frame of my first canopy broke within a year after only light use. Disappointing because this brand was best rated in a number of reputable review sources. Because it was within the 1 year warranty period ABC sent me a replacement. Giving 5 stars because of the customer service and because it works as intended, is easy to set up and take down, and has a great carrying case. I would have hoped for more longevity than 1 year, but I'm not sure how much more durable any of the many similar canopies of this type are either. ... show more

Item Update: Seller contacted to make it right. They shipped me a completely new setup right away. They stayed in contact and answered any question i had.Very fast shipping and great assistance. HORRIBLE!!! 1st use a plastic connector snapped on it and on the 2nd use the bars snapped completely out of the top support connector in the middle. ZERO stars. This is a FAKE ABCCanopy item. There is absolutely NO product identifying information on any of the packaging, instructions, box, or Tent cover that says it's an authentic ABCCanopy item. This is the exact item I bought, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D4CDBLGW?ref_=ppx_hzod_title_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1_0 It was a good deal for Prime Day, almost too good. Should have trusted my gut and just purchased directly from the ABC website. You get what you pay for. The quality of this item is NOT heavy duty. I doubt the cover is waterproof but haven't tested it yet. NO WAY is the cover 300D thickness. It's probably 100D at best. I'm going to keep it just because it would be a pain in the @ss to return and I need a shelter for the backyard now and can't wait. Hopefully I can get 6 months of use out if it. I absolute love this canopy, it is way easier to set up and take down than some other brands. It is also pretty strong and not super flimsy like some other ones I have owned. It also does not collect rain water like other ones do. I have used it about 6 times now, and the fabric on the top is starting to wear out and looks like holes might start developing soon. This might be my own fault, because I do not remove the top every time I fold it back up. So just be weary of that ... show more

So easy to set up by myself! I leave the top attached and it fits easily into the roller bag. I like that the pop up middle center does not have framing to hit head on. It is dome shaped inside. I do need to put risers on each leg so that my seven foot racks fit along the framing. The weight bags have Velcro top which when full with sand come apart when lifting. Haven’t used in the rain yet. I ordered a 10x10 canopy from ABC Canopies, and when the item arrived damaged due to abuse from the shipping process, the seller sent me a full replacement for only the cost of shipping. Then THAT one was delivered incorrectly and the package was stolen as a result, and the seller took care of me by sending another replacement for free. It took some time negotiating with the shipping company and figuring out where things went wrong, but throughout the process ABC Canopies customer service had my back. The canopy itself is rock solid! The frame is sturdy, the fabric is strong and thick, and the joints and clips are well designed, easy to avoid pinching your fingers, and feel like quality components. Overall the strongest canopy I have ever owned, and even using it during a moderate storm, with it staked and weighted down and lowered, I never once had to worry about it getting picked up by the wind or the frame buckling. 10/10 will surely buy again! ... show more
