My canopy was damaged by a gust of wind and theframe was damaged so it would not pop up correctly. I contacted the manufacturer and supplied picturesof the damage, and within a week I had a replacement arrive( an updated more robust design) for only the cost of shipping. Great tent. Easy to setup and durable. The weights you fill with sand are amazing and designed well! I didn't need to use stakes or ropes. Just add sand to the weights and the go around each leg. The media could not be loaded. My family and I are pretty into camping. I myself have a seasonal campsite, as soon as the weather warms up and they open the campground we move back down to camp for the weeeknds and any free second we have. My in-laws camp at the same location and my father in law mentioned he wanted to get a canopy for this coming season so he can put his grill and the table under it for when they eat / cook. I decided to order this 10'x10' canopy as a gift for them. I am so happy I did because this canopy is pretty nice. It comes with a carrying bag which is already a huge bonus. But the carrying bag has wheels on it which will make it so much easier for them to move it around. Once you unzip the bag everything you need is inside. The metal structure is easy to pull from the bag, it comes with the top cover, ground anchors, and weight bags. The only thing you would need is a mallet or hammer to bang the anchors into the ground. I usually prefer a big rock so if you forget the hammer a rock works. This thing was super easy to open and set up. The top stays on with velcro! I was impressed with how easy it was. We each grabbed a leg and gently pulled till it was mostly open. Then we added the top before we raised it up and secured the roof, so it was easier to put on. It went on like a breeze. Once the top was on we secured the metal to create the roof. Then we raised up the top and waalaa it was complete. For a 10'x10' there is a ton of room under it. Definitely will work perfectly for my father in law with his grill and table. If we didnt have a gazebo on our site I would definitely consider ordering us one. I cant really speak to its longevity at this point because camp hasn't started yet but I can tell you our first impression and assembly is definitely worth the 5 stars. The weight bags are a nice bonus if you plan on using this at a beach or on cement as there is no way to secure and anchor with those options. I assume we will use them and most likely anchor it to their campsite as well. I am hopeful this will last them quite some time. I put the tent up and the first rain the canopy sunk and the legs buckled and 3 of them snapped a waste of money and as of march 31 2026 I haven't even had it a 2 months and it was listed as a heavy duty tent unbelievable

I have only set up my canopy one time. It seemed like a great product although the legs were very difficult to extend and take down. Basically you have to keep walking in a circle and raising each leg by two inches at a time until the legs are fully extended. Once up I thought it looked nice and seemed sturdy; on par with others that I have seen. The reason for the low rating which I do not like to give to any product is because one of the sand bags had a tear in the side after it was filled with sand. Defects in products happen and i understand that but I am not going through the hassle of returning this big thing to get a new sandbag. I have sent a message to the seller via amazon and it has been a week and they have not responded. To be an amazon merchant, i believe they are supposed to reply within 48 hours. Then i took the extra step to find their site and submit a support request in which i left my amazon order number and advised that I would be leaving this review if I was not contacted. Needless to say, my request was not responded to. Buyer bewared, if you are getting something like this that is prone to needing a company to stand behind its product due to the size and light weight materials, i would look elsewhere. UPDATE**** Seller has replied to the Amazon message sent and requested photos of the torn sandbag. Upon receipt of the photo, they quickly replied that a replacement will be sent to me. I have not received the replacement yet, but I'm happy with the resolution. I never did get a reply to the inquiry sent directly to them via their website. ... show more

I ordered a 10x10 canopy from ABC Canopies, and when the item arrived damaged due to abuse from the shipping process, the seller sent me a full replacement for only the cost of shipping. Then THAT one was delivered incorrectly and the package was stolen as a result, and the seller took care of me by sending another replacement for free. It took some time negotiating with the shipping company and figuring out where things went wrong, but throughout the process ABC Canopies customer service had my back. The canopy itself is rock solid! The frame is sturdy, the fabric is strong and thick, and the joints and clips are well designed, easy to avoid pinching your fingers, and feel like quality components. Overall the strongest canopy I have ever owned, and even using it during a moderate storm, with it staked and weighted down and lowered, I never once had to worry about it getting picked up by the wind or the frame buckling. 10/10 will surely buy again! ... show more
