These are exactly what I needed to secure my canopy on my patio. They don’t take up any valuable space and I’m confident they’ll keep it from blowing into the neighbor’s yard. But the Velcro tabs aren’t long enough to go around the poles, so I dug out a few bungee cords. Problem solved. I was leery of the Velcro’s ability to withstand a heavy wind, anyway. After a couple week of use on a canopy on my back deck they have past the test. The Velcro was a little shorter than I expected so I used long zip ties to hold them to the posts which are only 2”x2”. Each back held about 32lbs of sand.
