The media could not be loaded. This was a good option for the price so that I could have some shade over my hot tub. I managed to put it together myself but a second person would have been a big help. It took a while with just me. Added the sand bags to each leg and felt that it was sturdy enough and wouldn’t be an issue for the windier days in Florida. I had only had it up for just less than 45 days before Hurricane Ian showed up. I added tie down straps that attached to my hot tub. Those straps saved the canopy from becoming a giant flying rocket of metal. But the joint welds did not hold up to the winds. This north facing joint snapped at about 60 mph winds. One more side joint snapped later on in the evening. While I have been able to temporarily secure the joint I will have to order a new canopy. I would recommend this canopy even in Florida with our strong winds. This canopy held up for what be considered “normal” winds and a bit more. The canvas top never ripped. Make sure to secure the canopy with tie downs for safety purposes. ... show more

Shade from the sun, finally! As it says, this gazebo is sturdy. We get some high winds here... really heavy rain as well and it has not buckled. We were able to assemble it quickly. we also drilled it into our deck. Obviously if you're sitting outside in the rain you will get a bit wet unless you use siding that is not the netting it comes with. we haven't experienced any rain coming in from above which is in my opinion more important. No leaks from the roof of the gazebo. Read the instructions and take your time assembling. If you do not want it to fly away in heavy storms, drill it into your patio, deck, or stake into the ground ... and if you're putting it into the ground maybe secure with some weights? I'm happy with this model for sure. ... show more

Rustiic Red Gazebo The Gazebo was purchased June 2023 . We waited a couple weeks to put the gazebo up. once the gazebo was assembled. It was really nice. We sat up under the gazebo few times in July and August A couple of months later. We notice the top of the canopy was faded really bad. We started reaching out to Amazon. By that time the 30 day returned window was over. we understood that well. There's something called a manufacturer warranty. 2nd time we Called Amazon again, I was given information to the Manufacturer company. Tried to contact the manufacturer company via phone. No one never answered the phone. I work during the day and don't have time to be on the phone or emailing often. 3 -4.months have gone by. Trying to get in contact with the Manufacturer company Called Amazon again the later part of December and was given the manufacturer contact email instead of the number finally. I emailed a certain department which was given by a CSR. And Email the manufacturer company in a different department that was given. Sent information they requested but, were told the top of the canopy warranty expired which were past the 6 months, which I didn'tknow. I thought that the entire gazebo had at least a 1 year warranty. By the time I got in contact with someone via email the top of the canopy was out of warranty. I called Amazon CS again And told him that the top of the canopy warranty expired and nothing could be done by the manufacture company. I was given another number and Email address by CSR. I was told I was.given incorrect information and the email address and number should be the right department And they would be able to help with the correct information that was given at the.time. However, up until now. 03/30/24 Once, I reached out to the correct department. Nothing could be done with the top of the canopy at all. But, their asking by a diagram which part of the brace or bracket needs to be replaced. At this point the entire canopy/gazebo is shot. From the top of the canopy to the brace, netting and strings to tie the curtains back. Less than a year the entire canopy is shot. Spring is here and summer is rolling around again. The images is the faded top of the canopy, the broken brace and the faded curtain with broken ties and strings to pull the curtains back This is now the 8th month of having the gazebo set under it a few times..no enjoyment at all. I understand the change of weather and seasons but, this is ridiculouas, not good quality at all. Money wasted. Not worth it! Bad experience and the company will not communicate with you via phone during business hours. It goes to voice mail. I read the reviews before purchasing. That's why I purchased it. You have good and bad. I had a bad experience. Till this day nothing is being done. Not worth it!. I will never purchased from ABC canopy again through Amazon or Directly. ... show more

We've just gotten this canopy together the day of this review, so we haven't had much of a chance to use it. However, when it first was delivered and we took everything out of the box, it was missing all the necessary parts needed to keep it together, such as brackets and screws. When I got on to see what my options were, the only one presented was to repack the entire 50-60 lb box to return for a whole new one. No options to just have the missing pieces sent separately. Return was easy enough, we packed it back up and put it outside the next day for UPS to pick up. No need to print a label or contact UPS ourselves. Got the new package and my husband put it together. He said it was easy enough for one person for most parts, but could have used a second set for a couple steps. We did have one piece along the top that broke when it was screwed on because it was pretty bowed coming out of the box. Hoping that's the last of the issues. Seems sturdy enough for our deck. Hoping to get a fan to hang from the hook provided in the center of the top of the tent for super hot days. ... show more

I've bought four very similar gazebos over the past few years. This gazebo is by far the easiest to put up. Some of the pieces were pre-assembled with the hardware attached and the improvements to that part of the process were SO helpful and appreciated.
