They have a lot of fun working out on this machine. You can work your sides as well which is awesome. I love seeing my kids get fit and stay healthy while having fun doing it. Good value for the money, sturdy, durable, love the compact size, can be folded up and under the bed it goes. You can really feel the effectiveness when using this machine to workout. Everything burns and it only takes a matter of seconds.
