This is my first time using this product. I have bought from the brand before and I was very much satisficed with the product. Very durable and at an affordable price is the best combination to have. The abs roller along with the resistance bands and push bar truly did target the different muscle of the human body. I can recommend this to friends & family. Best part about is that its compact enough for it to be easy travel. Easy to dissemble and reassemble at a later time if on wishes too. So the equipment won't take up much space at all. Got this set to do some light core exercises when I don't want to go to the gym. The Ab roller works well, and the bars are great for push-ups. They help you get a little lower, and take off the strain on your wrists. The resistance bands would chafe my neck for push-ups, so I'll need to use a towel under. Besides that, the plastic had a very foul smell out of the box. Dousing it with Febreeze and leaving it outside for a day seems to get rid of the odor.

Roller works as described. The handle may feel light but it's not. Good wide wheel lets you move down while maintaining balance. Push up handles were added bonus - a lot harder to do push-ups this way- great work out. Haven't used extra strap with wheel yet but so far happy. Poster gives good ideas for workouts.

I always read thousands of reviews of different products before I go ahead a buy something most of the time. It’s always done me right by doing it. This set came quick and I tested each thing right out of the box. Everything worked just as it should. Even my partner who has put on a few after a loss in the family, used the a roller without any problems. (About 190lbs if you’re wondering.) I would definitely recommend this set for anyone looking to add to the home gym!
