I got this machine to do some exercise at home. I like it because it doesn't take up much space; I can put it under my bed. It's great for using in my free time.

This is a great concept, however you need to weigh less than 160 lbs. It wasn't sturdy.

LI like that this machine targets more than just abs. It feels sturdy, folds for easy storage, and gives you several ways to work your core and other muscle groups at home.

This Foldable Trainer Machine is easy to assemble, lightweight, and can be broken down for storage in minimal space. By configuring the parts in different ways, I can work on just about every part of my body. The bands offer low-level resistance, but the number of reps can make up for that. The foot rests are on rollers for smooth movement; however, if I don't place my feet on them just right, they tend to tip over or skew sideways. It takes some getting used to. The foam handles and backrest rolls are soft and provide excellent cushioning. The seat/base is hard plastic. It would have been nice to have some padding there. It is textured, though, to keep me from slipping while doing standing exercises. The backrest is extremely flexible and supportive for sit-ups when placed in the rear slot. When placed in the front slot, it keeps my body in proper form, giving me an assist while doing pushups. The thing I like most about this trainer is that I can use it almost anywhere and take it with me if I travel. I don't need to have multiple pieces of equipment taking up too much space and getting in the way. The all-in-one feature makes this an attractive option for daily workouts. And when I consider the time and money a gym membership costs, this is the economical way to go. One caution: When seated on the base, if you lean too far back while holding the side handles, the front of the base will tip up off the floor. For safety, you have to find the center of pressure to keep the base flat on the floor.

I think this is a great basic compact exercise machine, especially if you’re working with small spaces since it tucks away easily and has a clean, simple look. The size is convenient and the overall quality feels solid, giving it decent value. There is some assembly involved, but I found it straightforward and not time consuming. My biggest issue is the seat, there’s no cushion, and it’s noticeably hard, which makes longer sessions uncomfortable and really takes away from the experience. I wish the design had factored in some padding or a way to fluff it up because comfort matters, especially for equipment you sit on. However, there is anti-slip on the seat for standing. While the color and finish look nice, the lack of seat comfort keeps me from fully recommending it.

I really am enjoying this ab machine. I think the price for the product is fantastic - where else can you get a mini gym for under $100, plus it's pink! I was concerned about how sturdy this machine might be since it is so affordable, and after a couple weeks of using it I can say I feel comfortable and stable while using it. I particularly like using it for the seated leg extensions. It is really nice to be able to set up in front of my tv each evening while working out. I'm also happy with how compact this machine is. Once I am done for the evening it fits behind my couch and I am able to easily bring it out the next day. If you are looking for an excuse to get moving again without the stress of traveling to a gym, this foldable ab machine is it!

Yeah.. "eh..." probobly best describes how I feel about this thing. Indifferent i guess could be the word? Idk i guess I just dont feel very strongly for or against it. One thing I DO know is that its not really what I expected. My main issue is that I dont feel secure when im sitting on it... i mean, for starters, its made out of plastic. I feel like anything that is going to be effective doesnt have plastic as its main material. It also has the leg part attatched with these stretchy things, but then the part you put ur feet in has some rollers on the bottom of it... as if you are going to be able to keep your feet and legs straight enough to use the rollers? Idk it just doesnt make sense to me.. Hey, maybe the other reviews say how great and easy it is to use. The fact that i am no longer a very exercising type of person may factor in to my inabilities to make this work. But that was the whole point of getting this... to slowly become an exercising type of person in the comfort and seclusion of my own home. Too bad I feel like its either gonna break or topple over every time I try to use it. Oh well... i think I should still get some points for trying? The THOUGHT was there, right?? RIGHT?!?
