This is a very well made, simple, and effective tool for core and workouts. It’s like doing your plank and crunches at the same time. It also works out the arms a little as my arms are pretty weak. The exercise are easy to learn and perform.     • Do a much, much better “ not a cushion” for the abdolly!!
I’ve used it a lot when I could use it in physical therapy and it helped my abs strengthen and lessen my back pain. So I don’t have access to that office since I moved. I’m waiting for a softer kneeling cushion as the abdolly “cushion” is like wood. I would NEVER use it.

We use this ab roller at Orange Theory so I have to order one to use at home. Roll very smooth, the pad is great to use on your knee when you roll. I love it!

Sturdy. Knee pads so comfortable. The best feature is the fact you can use it on your hands for expert level and on your forearms for beginners. Really helps strengthen my core. This helps alleviate my back pain! Easy to control, rolls nicely
