WAY more comfortable to use than an ab roller on one wheel (handles on the sides, you know what I mean!?). Knee rest pad was a game changer that I didn't even realize I was getting. Very sturdy and easy to use, but you can make it more difficult with an added dumbbell while you workout. Love it!
