I have lost over 2" on my waist, my stomach is much flatter, my obliques are much better and I have had to buy smaller pants as well as add a hole in my belt. My routine on this machine, which began in earnest 90-120 days ago, lasts 50-54 minutes and I use it 7 days a week. I expect to continue to see positive results with the continued use of this machine. It was really easy to set up, and is easy to use. Since I am out of shape, it will take some time to get my coordination doing with the routines. I feel safe on it, as it is very sturdy, but I recommend to read the instruction booklet before using it, for safety precautions. I have easy access to routines both on the DVD's that came with it, and those same routines are also on YouTube so I can use them in my bedroom, where I do not have a DVD player available. I purchased this and arrived on April 17, 2019. I was so excited to use this but i should have done more review research before just jumping on it and buying it. I used this everyday for 55 days that i had this except maybe 4 or 5 days. Today i went to use it and i started my workout like usual and noticed the resistance just was not there. I was using the highest 3 resistance band and got up to check it make sure it was all good. I leaned the top down to pull out the band and insert it again but the whold top fell off. The spring broke completely. I told my husband and he did a search and found other people who had purchased with hard earned money to help them lose weight or tone up and they had the same thing happen to them after they have had for a few months or even after 40-50 uses. So if you want to spend the $300.00 for something you can use for a few months then throw away go ahead otherwise buy something else that is alot less expensive. I know was hoping it would last for that much money, but right now it is in our garbage can waiting to go to the dump on garbage day. I was hoping to give it no stars but it made me give it 1 star but i do not recommend at all. ... show more

I requested a replacement because the foam seat was worned/ used. It was obvious that the part of the seat that was worn was painted over. It was very disappointing. For the cost of the product, it was unsettling to receive a used seat. I will follow up with another review once I receive the replacement.
