We resisted buying this but kept going back to it and looking again. So glad we pulled the trigger. 1/2 hour of relaxation every night - most nights I fall asleep in it! (actually one night when I had a toothache keeping me awake I actually did go down to sleep in it!) Works every part of your body at different levels and feels soooo good. I guess it will eventually pay off since you'd never have to go for a massage again and be touched by strangers (not a fan of massage places) Very happy with this extravant purchase but sometimes we just need to buy something to make us happy!

Overall, I'm happy with it. It has several modes, and many options to customize just how strong it massages you. I like a strong foot massage, and this chair absolutely delivers in that area. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I also own a Cozzia massage chair that is over 13 years old and cost me half the price I paid for this: the Cozzia chair included lights near the head (this one doesn't) and had airbags that massaged the lower sides of your body (love handles) which helped crack your back a little when the air cushions held onto you. Furthermore, the audio commands available have been a little hit or miss so far. The material is well made, and it will likely last a long time. If you want the ability to have a stronger, deeper massage, this chair delivers. If you want a more gentle one, it does that too.

Massage is great for my aching body. It adjusts to anyone’s height. The best investment for sure. There was just one major problem. My husband has a pacemaker and the instructions specifically say that anyone with a pacemaker shouldn’t use it.

DON'T DO IT... I was very upset when my chair arrived 2 weeks late and missing half of it... But thank God, I had to talk to the " manufacturer " in Georgia I believe... What a joke... The only thing they manufacture is lies... I was told they can't sell me the missing parts, because they don't sell parts... 🤔😵💫🤮 or they dont because... they dont make them...??? 🤔🤫 and because chair was sold to our favorite company, then me, no warranty, its non transferable... wow... 🤯 then I was given 500 off my 7000.00 boat anchor... like weeks late on delivery, no massage chair for our anniversary! and half of its missing...500 should cover it... 😡

Overall I am really happy with this chair. It feels well built, sturdy and is comfortable. At 6' 3" I am a bit too tall so my calf muscles don't get massaged. And my arms are a bit too long. I knew I was too tall before buying the chair. It seems like it would have been easy to extend a few things by a few inches so that even more of the population could take advantage of all it's potential. Also, there are sections of plastic that clip into the sides of your heel that really hurt after awhile. I was hoping to remove them, but unfortunately they are part of the airbags and cannot be removed. Here's my biggest problem and why I dropped a star from my rating. The software and UI is not great. When it turns on, it automatically starts body sensing and then massaging but body sensing doesn't seem to really do anything except waste time. I skip it now. The problem is that Bluetooth is turned off by default and it doesn't automatically connect to my phone when it gets turned on unlike every other portable speaker in existence. Secondly, there are no profiles so it assumes I am of average height so I need to manually extend the leg portion. All of this has to be done while the chair is massaging because if you pause the massage, you cannot access the setting to Bluetooth or adjust the legs. It's a connected machine and had an update when I first turned it on so I know these changes can be made. And I hole they are made. Massage chairs should relax you, not frustrate you. If it had profiles that I could select as soon as it turns on, there would be no other setting needed. Just sit in, select my profile and relax. How cool should that be?
