There are ~ 3 big boxes to unpack. We ran into serious problem with putting one of the two side arms to the chair due to product defects. According to the video instructions, you just have to lightly tap to get the anchor locked in on the side, but it did not work no matter how we tried. Hit it too hard we're afraid to break or damage the fiberglass panel. We had to modify the right side by removing the inside nut and bumped it out a bit with a washer so the anchor can be tapped and locked into it, and use screws for others. It's still not perfectly flushed on a side, but at least hold it in place. (see 2 pictures of left and right side with defect). We also wonder about the anchor that locked it in place. It would be impossible to get the side arm out without breaking the anchor if there's issue with internal wiring or repair and need to access the area. They need to have a better way of mounting the side arms to the chair, or just mount both in the main unit prior to shipping. The rest of the assembly comes relatively straightforward. Massage is great for my aching body. It adjusts to anyone’s height. The best investment for sure. There was just one major problem. My husband has a pacemaker and the instructions specifically say that anyone with a pacemaker shouldn’t use it.

DON'T DO IT... I was very upset when my chair arrived 2 weeks late and missing half of it... But thank God, I had to talk to the " manufacturer " in Georgia I believe... What a joke... The only thing they manufacture is lies... I was told they can't sell me the missing parts, because they don't sell parts... 🤔😵💫🤮 or they dont because... they dont make them...??? 🤔🤫 and because chair was sold to our favorite company, then me, no warranty, its non transferable... wow... 🤯 then I was given 500 off my 7000.00 boat anchor... like weeks late on delivery, no massage chair for our anniversary! and half of its missing...500 should cover it... 😡 ... show more

Overall I am really happy with this chair. It feels well built, sturdy and is comfortable. At 6' 3" I am a bit too tall so my calf muscles don't get massaged. And my arms are a bit too long. I knew I was too tall before buying the chair. It seems like it would have been easy to extend a few things by a few inches so that even more of the population could take advantage of all it's potential. Also, there are sections of plastic that clip into the sides of your heel that really hurt after awhile. I was hoping to remove them, but unfortunately they are part of the airbags and cannot be removed. Here's my biggest problem and why I dropped a star from my rating. The software and UI is not great. When it turns on, it automatically starts body sensing and then massaging but body sensing doesn't seem to really do anything except waste time. I skip it now. The problem is that Bluetooth is turned off by default and it doesn't automatically connect to my phone when it gets turned on unlike every other portable speaker in existence. Secondly, there are no profiles so it assumes I am of average height so I need to manually extend the leg portion. All of this has to be done while the chair is massaging because if you pause the massage, you cannot access the setting to Bluetooth or adjust the legs. It's a connected machine and had an update when I first turned it on so I know these changes can be made. And I hole they are made. Massage chairs should relax you, not frustrate you. If it had profiles that I could select as soon as it turns on, there would be no other setting needed. Just sit in, select my profile and relax. How cool should that be? ... show more
