Bought this chair a month ago after trying the $11,000 chair in Costco. This chair was half the price with basically the same technology. The company was awesome to deal with chair was delivered in a week, white gloves service came a couple a days later and they were Great. It comes with a Wonderful book that explains everything about the functionally of chair. The dual massage mechanism is outstanding, much better then my last 2 chairs with single mechanism. Love the fact that in a programmed massage you can adjust air pressure, massage level and chair position during massage. Very strong chair my husband and I are only on gentle and it is a tighter fit them my other chairs and we feel like it gives us a better massage. The heated shawl that can go over your front chest and stomach is wonderful. Foot massage is great and the leg drainage feature is fantastic. The only cons might be the AI which is limited but so was the &11,000 chair and wish I could program my music so I wouldn’t have to do it each time I get in chair. The speakers are great. We Love this chair and with a 5 year warranty this chair a consideration.

Overall I am really happy with this chair. It feels well built, sturdy and is comfortable. At 6' 3" I am a bit too tall so my calf muscles don't get massaged. And my arms are a bit too long. I knew I was too tall before buying the chair. It seems like it would have been easy to extend a few things by a few inches so that even more of the population could take advantage of all it's potential. Also, there are sections of plastic that clip into the sides of your heel that really hurt after awhile. I was hoping to remove them, but unfortunately they are part of the airbags and cannot be removed. Here's my biggest problem and why I dropped a star from my rating. The software and UI is not great. When it turns on, it automatically starts body sensing and then massaging but body sensing doesn't seem to really do anything except waste time. I skip it now. The problem is that Bluetooth is turned off by default and it doesn't automatically connect to my phone when it gets turned on unlike every other portable speaker in existence. Secondly, there are no profiles so it assumes I am of average height so I need to manually extend the leg portion. All of this has to be done while the chair is massaging because if you pause the massage, you cannot access the setting to Bluetooth or adjust the legs. It's a connected machine and had an update when I first turned it on so I know these changes can be made. And I hole they are made. Massage chairs should relax you, not frustrate you. If it had profiles that I could select as soon as it turns on, there would be no other setting needed. Just sit in, select my profile and relax. How cool should that be?

We resisted buying this but kept going back to it and looking again. So glad we pulled the trigger. 1/2 hour of relaxation every night - most nights I fall asleep in it! (actually one night when I had a toothache keeping me awake I actually did go down to sleep in it!) Works every part of your body at different levels and feels soooo good. I guess it will eventually pay off since you'd never have to go for a massage again and be touched by strangers (not a fan of massage places) Very happy with this extravant purchase but sometimes we just need to buy something to make us happy!

For the money, I suppose what separates it from other massage chairs are the dual rollers and the many different features. For example, the chair can be powered on and controlled in four ways; touch buttons, touch screen, mobile device, and voice control. Plus there appears to be 15 different auto massages to choose from, if not more. It looks great and was easy to assemble, although be prepared to deal with a lot of packaging waste. It squeezed it in my single room apartment without much issue. Here’s where the chair is a bit dicey, and where I think maybe a thousand could be knocked from the price. The lower leg portion is really not very good and can be dangerous if not careful. The air bags vice grip my knees and feet, and then pulls my feet down, then pushes them up, and so forth. I learned to allow my feet to slide out of the grip somewhat to prevent my knees from being injured. Maybe the warnings labels protect Alfine by stating anyone with a condition shouldn’t use the chair, but the way it clutches around my knees, I have to be mindful of that, and position it right. That said, the rollers don’t benefit my calves because they’re not really touching them. It just feels like the company got the chair right except the lower leg design wasn’t tested thoroughly before assembly. Additionally, the touch controls are a bit messy and confusing. If there’s a way to prevent the lower leg portion from operating, while getting my back served, I still haven’t discovered where that is. There’s added features if you connect it to Wifi such as speakers and software updates but I’m a little bit weary connecting. Personally, I think it’s a $3500 chair. Does great things mostly.

This chair is almost as good as a person! We have used it over 1540 minutes so far and love this massage chair! At 60 an hour, we have saved over $1540 so far! At $60 an hour, that's $2310! A third of the price! We have been using it for just over 2 weeks or 16 days and it has helped us relax so much! Well worth the cost.
