Better than the original. I lost mine on a hiking trip. The sensor in the eyecup to switch between viewfinder and monitor was always really slow. Never realised it was because of the original eyecup. With these ones it works perfectly again. It also doesn't come off easily.

Fits great on my a7cii, and doesn't pop off at all. It slips on from the top, and you actually have to work it off a bit to remove, unlike other eyecups like the one on my a6000 will just pop off if it gets bumped a certain way.
