The light fades from fair to dim down the length of the product. The brightness is rather dim even on the brightest ability but did not provide enough light to trace through the paper. It is lightweight and simple, but did not function well enough so I returned and hope for a refund.

It ONLY lights up WHEN ITS PLUGGED IN no where on the product ad did I see that in order to use that you must be plugged into a wall. Its not too fun to be doing crafts while being tethered to the wall. The light is GREAT. But you must stay in one place while crafting being plugged into a wall. Thumbs down for me ... show more
