When I receive received my printer, did not receive the correct heat press the send me out the correct product. The software wasn’t to difficult to install they have step by step videos and a user guide. After I got the software installed my printer wouldn’t print I tried watching videos and that didn’t work so I called customer service. Remind you they are located in China so you have to contact them in the evening time. Needles to say two hours later it was fixed customer service was wonderful. We went step by step till it was fixed I’m excited to start using my new printer ... show more
