It took several hours to get the printer to start printing. And that was after hours with a tech assisting. Finally got it to start printing and it’s not printing the white all the way.

The printer arrived safe and sound but had a problem with ink Leaking. They were very quick to respond and quickly diagnose the problem.And I had the parks just a few days later. Got the parts changed out, and it works.Very well. This printer has a learning curve. There are plenty of videos and tutorials to help along the way. Once you’ve learned how to use it, it works amazing. My prints are great quality and vibrant. The media could not be loaded. I got my first DTF printer 3 years ago and just upgraded to the newer printer! This printer is way quicker and is so easy to use and clean.
