I bought this system for my deli store. I was a little skeptical at first, but I'm glad i gave it a try. It works great, works out of the box, no software set up needed. Instructions are a little poor but if you have basic computer skills you will figure it out fast. Customer service is awesome. They even offer remote training and the system comes with the app already pre-installed in case u need it. They respond to every inquiry within an hour tops. Highly recommend.
