Custome service was great, but this doesn't work well with my L1800 printer. The printer is just too slow. Even after changing the oven temp, it kept buring our images.

I would seriously give this negative starts if I could. I bought this machine 6 months ago. Since opening the box, I have spent several hours trying to fix it and get it running. It literally worked for 2 orders....like a combined total of 4 hours. The machine shorted out. I have had to replace switches, but it still does not work. When I turn it on, it throws the breaker in my house (and yes I have checked the house end of the electrical systems). I have reached out for support several times, but it is so frustrating when they have me do and "check" and send a video of the same steps over and over. I understand troubleshooting and finding out the issue and what parts may be needed, but this is ridiculous. It is the same steps over and over. And that takes time. I bought this machine to work more efficiently and quickly in my business. But instead it has caused much more time, money, headache, and stress. This is a lot of money for something that does not work. I do not have time to waste on something like this. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

Really easy to set up even though there wasn’t much instructions, but it was easy to follow. Comes with extra screws, fuses, relays and power switches just in case you need to replace some, which I had to after my third day running the machine. The motor on the powder dispenser went out on it (I know it was pretty quick). But thanks to their technical support team directly from China, they were able to guide me step by step through texts, photos and videos on how to get it repaired. So while I waited for the part to be shipped straight from their office in China (2-3 days) it felt really quick though, I continue using the machine by manually refilling the powder with a cup.by passing the dispenser, It gave me about 6-8 minutes before I needed to refill it again. That kept the machine running and making us money. The machine got delivered at the right time since I needed to produce about 400 Shirts with 1000 presses with multiple logos and locations. The DTF Shaker made it happen, it was a HUGE help. Once I got done with those orders, I took the time to replace the motor on the dispenser and got it back up and running again. The DTF Shaker hasn’t stop running ever since, just doing its thing. Even though I was given nearly 2 months to try it before I could send it back, I decided to keep it and I even got a discount for the troubles. They have an outstanding Technical Support, very helpful. It’s a great machine to have!!

This unit has bad connection systems for the bulbs and the wiring is faulty, The plug and fuse go out every 30 days I have replaced over 40 fuses. This unit works for a short time and then can cause a fire. I want a refund for this unit and no more tech support parts wont fix this design. The unit is NOT worth the money or time and should not be on amazon. I would request the seller issue a refund since I have had this issue since the beginning. Willing to update if refund is given!!!! If this is still here they did NOT refund the money..

Ordered this a couple months ago. I only used it a little bit. When orders started to pick up the first day I ran it longer than 30 min the it shut the whole system off and will not turn back on.

This machine and the comoany that produce it are beyond the best i have ever seen. I work 80 hours a week making custom t shirts and this machine keeps up with me without a hiccup. The company even reached out after i had it for a couple weeks just to check and make sure everything was going ok. If thats not good customer servivd then i dont know what is. I would highly recommend this machine and the company that sells it.

Few issues right off back with this item. The setup is simple but the build is off. The roller was missing a part and would not align properly to wind the film. The powder dispenser would constantly get stuck. Only works if its on full power. Which makes it run through powder super fast. The heating element is to low and the cover was scraping off the ink and power as the film entered the chamber. it had to be raised. Worked for couple of jobs and it suddenly just stopped working. Tried resetting the emergency switch but nothing seems to help it get back to working status. Currently its a paper weight. No help from the seller or amazon. Just being told to return. This is a major hassle. Save yourself time and money. This was a bad purchase.
