The hot-melt powder will stick on the photo after heating. Any heating elements such as oven, heat mat, heat station, microwave, or heat press hover is suitable Start the heat press machine and set 160℃. Put the heated film on the fabric or leather, then press for 20 seconds. Electric iron is also available. Wait until the fabric or leather cool down, then tear off the film carefully and the picture will be transferred to the surface Tusmart hot-melt powder is a kind of thermal plastic resin with low melt temperature. Hot-melt powder is hard at room temperature but becomes softer and adhesive after heating. It is tough durable, abrasion-resistant, weather-resistant, and solvent-resistant. It also features high elasticity, tensile strength and elongation which suits to print on soft and elastic surface. The melt point is approximate 130~160 ℃. Stamping film is one of offset printing materials. Tusmart pretreats a layer of release agent on 75 µ PET film. The pretreatment makes the surface absorb water-based ink easily and smoothly, and not tend to stick powder. Because the film could be tear off no matter the temperature after stamping, it significantly decreases the loss rate. Collocated with L1800-DTF printer, the total ink could approach 300 % in the condition of 1440 * 720 dpi.
