Comes almost entirely assembled, both wheels are on, as well as the headlight, I just had to insert the seat, unfold the handlebar column on its hinge, insert the handlebar, tighten everything and screw in the pedals. Didn't even need an assembly manual, and the included manual doesn't even have assembly instructions, none needed. My wife's bike, the pink one, took a couple hours to put together, adjust, tighten, and calibrate and brake because the front wheel wouldn't spin freely. This one was so easily to put together, and didn't need to be adjusted. I threw out the included pump, it felt like something from the dollar store, with no pressure gage and wobbly. Would probably work in a pinch, but could have probably been left out for savings. The bike is sturdy, not too heavy, and I like that it's compact, easier to take from the patio of my apartment, through the apartment and out the door, than the bigger pink one in the picture. Feels easy to carry. The assist power is strong, easy to ride, range is good, it does feel slightly rougher than a bike with bigger wheels, but not bad. The small back seat isn't removable, so you can't really replace it with a trunk for storage. The included basket is pretty big and functional, though thin and not waterproof. The horn is nice and loud, and it has an attached phone holder that's connected by an electric wire, and apparently has a built-in charger that you can plug a USB cord into. It can't hold my phone with the case on, so I have to take it out of its case. And it's not mounted on a swivel ball, so not as adjustable as some other phone holders. I would want to install another phone holder, but don't know how to disconnect this one from the wire without messing something up. The wire goes all the way back under the back seat, without connections that could be disconnected, and the back seat isn't removable. So I'll just use this holder.

I bought the bike a week ago, and the one thing I don't like is how often it needs charging. I practically have to charge it every other day for about six hours. I use it to commute to work, which is two miles away. One charge gets me eight or nine miles.

Update- Well after 4 days of casual riding with the kids the bike completely shut down. The screen no longer comes on and the battery no long shows any voltage. Seller is MIA. I was looking for a small ebike that I could put inside the cabin or hatch of my boat when we travel. This could not have fit the bill any better! It shipped faster than the estimate, was packed tightly with no damage or loose bolts, and was 95% assembled. I love that it came with an all in one tool, a rear seat with pegs (kids love it), air pump and carry bag. It is geared so that if the battery died it is still easy to pedal but when you are going 20mph pedaling doesn't add to the speed. The shocks are great and it does well in the grass. Happy with the purchase.

You get what you pay for. It's a good ebike for newcomers adults and kids alike, it got me by surprise how well it performed compared to others. It gets me from point a to b effortlessly and back on the same charge. While absorbing bumps and uneven terrain for it's compact size. Their customer service is amazing too. They respond quickly and work towards any and all questions/concerns when it arrives from shipping or any wear/tear when you drive it around a few days later. Bonus: when u unlock the bike it's very speed driven. But I'd advise to be on the safer side and use ppe. Otherwise it's perfect in it's factory settings.

Extremely happy with this bike.,very well built. Bought 2 for traveling with motorhome and airplane. We have ridden for 3 afternoons all around Key West for 5 hours. Next day toured Bali Honda state park. Every trail/road. 3rd day Rode another 6 miles and only down 1 out of 4 bars. Folds very easily, compact, lightweight, especially when battery removed. Two easily fit into Cherokee 6, Very well balanced. I weigh 230 and it will go 28 mph. I’ve owned a couple other e-bikes and paid alot more for them and never satisfied with them. These are a pleasant surprise. Instructions that come with them are close to useless. YouTube videos will answer questions. I would definitely buy this bike before a major brand at more than double the price

This does not look as cool when you get it as it does when you unbox it. The wheels are almost twice as small and looks like a like a geek or nerd would only be seen on it. Aside from the handlebars being a bit flimsy, the rest is very solid...such as the brakes, frame and battery strength. I'm only 5'7" and the ebike is definitely to little. Customer service is very responsive and do their best to help. I've only had this for a week, so I cannot comment on durability. Also, the bike arrived 5 days early. Too bad it was snowing on that day!
