Comes almost entirely assembled, both wheels are on, as well as the headlight, I just had to insert the seat, unfold the handlebar column on its hinge, insert the handlebar, tighten everything and screw in the pedals. Didn't even need an assembly manual, and the included manual doesn't even have assembly instructions, none needed. My wife's bike, the pink one, took a couple hours to put together, adjust, tighten, and calibrate and brake because the front wheel wouldn't spin freely. This one was so easily to put together, and didn't need to be adjusted. I threw out the included pump, it felt like something from the dollar store, with no pressure gage and wobbly. Would probably work in a pinch, but could have probably been left out for savings. The bike is sturdy, not too heavy, and I like that it's compact, easier to take from the patio of my apartment, through the apartment and out the door, than the bigger pink one in the picture. Feels easy to carry. The assist power is strong, easy to ride, range is good, it does feel slightly rougher than a bike with bigger wheels, but not bad. The small back seat isn't removable, so you can't really replace it with a trunk for storage. The included basket is pretty big and functional, though thin and not waterproof. The horn is nice and loud, and it has an attached phone holder that's connected by an electric wire, and apparently has a built-in charger that you can plug a USB cord into. It can't hold my phone with the case on, so I have to take it out of its case. And it's not mounted on a swivel ball, so not as adjustable as some other phone holders. I would want to install another phone holder, but don't know how to disconnect this one from the wire without messing something up. The wire goes all the way back under the back seat, without connections that could be disconnected, and the back seat isn't removable. So I'll just use this holder.

I am very happy with my DTTZH electric bike. It was easy to assemble, rides smoothly. Comes with spare keys which turn on and another key to remove battery to charge. Is not easily accessed if someone was to try to take it. I also appreciate the responsive customer service—they were helpful when I needed assistance. Overall, this has been a great purchase, and I would recommend DTTZH to anyone looking for a reliable electric bike. Thank you for providing a quality product and excellent support!

Bike zips around really good tackles 15° hills like nothing (like 5mph less) can unlock the 23mph speed by doing a sequence and revert back easily for different riders! It is overall great I just wish you could pedal without the assist coming in and change it out occasionally. That would push to next level. The stability is horrible though for a bumpy ride, highly suggest this bike if on smooth to moderate bumps surfaces. The last only thing is the charge takes quite a while and the middle spring is unnatural feeling when pedaling while off the whole bike flexes due to it not being independently dampened it's all dampened as one piece. The bike is 4/5 for speed and pep, 3/5 for stability, 5/5 for distance and battery lasting long, 5/5 for ease of use. Definitely worth the price. Update after taking it through it's paces it only has a range of 18 miles (ripoff) it's nowhere close to the Mah it says although I'm 190lbs it's only 20miles max don't buy if your looking for distance!

Update- Well after 4 days of casual riding with the kids the bike completely shut down. The screen no longer comes on and the battery no long shows any voltage. Seller is MIA. I was looking for a small ebike that I could put inside the cabin or hatch of my boat when we travel. This could not have fit the bill any better! It shipped faster than the estimate, was packed tightly with no damage or loose bolts, and was 95% assembled. I love that it came with an all in one tool, a rear seat with pegs (kids love it), air pump and carry bag. It is geared so that if the battery died it is still easy to pedal but when you are going 20mph pedaling doesn't add to the speed. The shocks are great and it does well in the grass. Happy with the purchase.

There are plenty of other small ebikes out there but none are in my budget range. or don't meet certain criteria. I bought the gray version. It has a headlight bright enough to not need a second light, but I install a second light for distance. Build quality is sturdy. Speed in stock mode is 10, 15, 20 but when unlock 15, 20, 28. Battery is only 48v 15ah so expect to get around 15-20 miles on throttle use only, even peddle assist mode. A good thing about small ebikes like this, you can mod it later in the future for a bigger battery and motor w controller.

I enjoy riding my bike it's super durable but heavy. It's not as light as they stated. I like to had a heartache trying to get up some steps in subway that didn't have elevators no handicap accessible anything so there I was stuck carrying my bike up all these steps in dirty stinky subway. I still haven't figured out how to fold it. Also, the seat when you lift it up high it wiggles back down while riding it after a while. Otherwise, I like my bike.

It's ok it doesn't do good on gravel road, chain came on a bump , also air pump very cheap broken out of box I was going to trash it anyway not good quality. Bike is very heavy. And 28 miles speed not true only goes 20 miles max.
