Received my order for E-Bike and quickly put in together with 20 minutes to complete. Plugged in to fully charge the Lithium battery pack for 1 hour and it is ready to go. The product seems solid and powerful. The support team had delivered 3 video clips to help making sure buyers know how to complete the assembly which I believed it was easy to do and one of the clip was to unlock the speed restriction. The e-bike also come with a tiny hand pump and a basket. which is a plus for putting things to carry. My eldest son also like the e-bike but he already had a nice scooter which fits him better. My wife also now like to ride the 3-bike around our local shops for grocery and short distance. We took the e-bike out over the weekend and had travelled in a bike trail from Monterey Rd to Tully road and followed the trails to Morgan hill and came back. What a distance and we all enjoyed such a nice outdoor riding in such a beautiful weekend! Highly recommended. Oh! since it is foldable, I was able to save some space and it fits nicely in our car's trunk. Wonderful bike to buy!

I purchased this bike in January as a birthday gift for my son. He was super excited to get it. It was fairly simple to put together took maybe 10-15 minutes as the bike comes pretty much together on its own. Battery life is amazing and it seems pretty sturdy not cheap. The bike goes fast and its not heavy. After 3 months of having the bike and not being able to really ride it due to the weather, we noticed an issue with the handlebar switch - we reach out to seller and the support team was very responsive and willing to help. Issue was resolved within a few days. Overall this was a great purchase and would definitely recommend!

I ordered and paid for their 1500 WATT, 2000 PEAK WATT electric bike. The bike DOES NOT HAVE A 1500 WATT MOTOR! Even with the speed unlocked it will barely go 25mph! Plus, every time I remove the battery or put it back in the bike, it will not fit like it should. The designated spot for it is too small. Small enough that the front two corners of the battery box scrape against the edges of the bike frame, and shave plastic off, both when removing the battery or trying to put it back. It also will not go all the way down in the bike, and sit flat on it's spot like it's supposed to. This will become a fire hazard in a short amount of time! The seller HAS BEEN ZERO HELP! First he refused to pay for the return shipping label until Amazon stepped in. Now they are saying that the battery fits fine, and there is no fire hazard, and any problem with the battery is user error! Look at my photos, and decide for yourself. This seller is selling a bike THAT HAS A SMALLER MOTOR THAN ADVERTISED, AND THE BATTERY IS GETTING CUT INTO EVERY TIME I TRY TO REMOVE IT, OR PUT IT BACK IN THE BIKE! NOW THEY ARE ALSO REFUSING TO GIVE ME A FULL REFUND, SAYING THEY ARE GOING TO DECIDE THE DEDUCTIONS THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE! BUYER BEWARE!! THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY ZERO HELP WHEN YOU CALL THEM ON THEIR BS PRODUCT!

This bike is a wonderful purchase for my Grandson. He loves having an electric pike. It takes to the dirt very well. It also rides well with one or two people, not bogging down with the extra weight of a second person. It is easy to fold and travel with, making it more compact. the tires are rugged enough so as to not make for a very bumpy ride when riding over rocks and in the dirt. The seats are large enough and very comfortable. the grips on the handlebars are comfortable to hold onto. Overall this was a WONDERFUL PURCHASE!!

Very nice little bike. I am 6 feet tall and 245 pounds, this bike carries me around with no issues. I wasn’t sure if my knees were going to be too close to the handle bar but there was no issue with that. I rode this bike on an 5% incline, no issues. Comfortable ride too due to the full suspension. It’s a bit heavy but remove the battery if you need to put it in the trunk of your car. I have a small suv and it fits fine. Happy with it and glad I got the full suspension. Oh and I got the 25 watt version.
