The come well boxed and fit better the the cheaper ones. The cheaper ones I have tried don't just slide in like they should. THESE pads slide right in and were just as they should be. I will buy these again

I caught it on camera if I did not see my package on camera someone would have taken it just because it was so close to sidewalk. Then product was missing 2 of 3 main screws that hold on the jelly to the plastic vessel. But I had few screws same size and work on cars so I'm pretty well off when it comes to fixing things. Product probably is good but I won't leave a review for that. Just bad service and bad craftsmanship I hope they don't mess up this often. Anyway it's simple to just leave on a porch and place 3 screws where they should be. Hope they learn for next time .ppl ugh
