I got the couch yesterday and It looks good. I’ve painted the legs gold since I was aiming for gold and white/cream theme. The ottoman arrived dirty and had little chips (that aren’t that noticeable) because it didn’t have cardboard pieces covering the box opening like the other couch pieces that were well packaged. The delivery driver took his time to get the boxes off the truck and into my apartment safely to minimise any damage. The couch is comfortable and isn’t very hard as some reviews mentioned. I was worried the couch would be very hard but it’s not. I’ve actually needed a firm couch to help me sit correctly and to fix my posture… (This couch is medically healthy if you know what I mean. Compared to some other couches that were very “soft and comfortable” I think I’d call this my veggie couch and not cake couch). I’ll see how it feels in the future since I just got it yesterday and it’s probably been no more than 20 minutes at a time that I sat on it. Will edit this review later after I’ve had it for a few months to update it’s durability, comfort and functionality in general. It’s easy to assemble and I only struggled to put the two main pieces together. I’ve assembled it by myself in less than 30 minutes. You’ll probably need another person to put both sides of the couch together since the 2 pieces that need to interlock (that make the couch look like an L shaped) are difficult to align by yourself. My only concern is the Velcro parts coming off easily whenever my baby tries to pull on the back rest for support to stand on the couch. I’m satisfied with my purchase. I recommend this couch to anyone.

We needed a sofa that could stand up to our 3 dogs. Great Dane, Chihuahua, and a medium sized terrier mix. Something that would not collect hair and smell like dogs. This is not a sofa for snuggling if you’re looking for something to sink into this one is not for you. It looks nice and is easy to clean. I like it!!

The quality was okay . I didn't care for the pillows appearance , maybe if they were all black and not too low quality looking . You might want to get a durable cover because a cat or pet will damage this set severely . It wasn't exactly comfortable unless you have fleece blankets and fluffy pillows on it . It was pretty easy to place together .

Comes in three boxes, need at least one other person to lift. It’s easy to put together and a beautiful couch. Slightly firm seat cushion but the back cushions are soft. The storage ottoman is great to put the throw pillows or throws in.

The product was fairly easy to put together but the instructions are a little vague and show pictures of pieces going into other pieces and don’t really explain anything. The cushions are a little firm and will need some breaking in. The biggest issue is the chaise was sent without the connector bracket to attach to the sofa. I contacted the seller and they sent out the needed piece very quickly. However, when asking for instructions on where to place it, they didn’t seem to understand the piece should have already been installed and told me “you should have instructions, follow those or we can email them to you.” After explaining two more times that this should have been installed for me, they told me they had to contact the manufacturer. It has been a week since I have received the sectional with no resolution. They have 48hrs before I return it and purchase elsewhere. Moral of the story, check the boxes upon delivery. EDIT: After dealing with extremely poor customer service, I have changed my review to 1 star. They told me there is no need for a bracket and to simply push the pieces against a wall. While it would be great to return the product they want to charge me $150-250 shipping and a restocking fee. So I will simply sell it and get as much money back as possible. Probably the worst customer service and helpfulness I have ever dealt with.
