This rug is a very cost effective rug for puppies and children. It is on the thinner side, but you can’t tell. The rug is extremely soft, looks exactly like the photos, and lays flat with just a little work. (I used a steam mop on the most stubborn fold line).

I received the Brown and Gray one today in size 5x7 for my living room. There is no smell. Quality seems good for the price. The colors are as pictured. It is very soft, as others have commented. It is thin, but I knew this before buying it, sense it is washable. It says to only was it in a front load on instructions. I don’t have an agitator in my top load so I’ll likely still try if needed. What I like the most is that it really does grip the floor well and the wrinkles came out immediately. Time will tell how it holds up, but I have 2 medium dogs so rugs have a hard life at my house! ... show more

I needed an area rug for under the kitchen table. This was perfect and soft. The colors are subtle but still make a statement. I also have small dogs that don't always is the pee pad. I can easily throw it in the washer and have a clean rug in a couple of hours. The only drawback is trying to vacuum it. It gets easily tucked up by the vacuum when you get to the edges. The media could not be loaded. Synapses- Very durable against our giant German Shepherd and toddler. No noticeable odor. Looks like the pictures in the add, including the color. The rug lays mostly flat after a couple hours of placement and fully flat after about a day. Full break down- We needed a nice rug for our living room that could withstand our pets and the kiddos. So far, the rug has not ripped and has stayed in good condition while our German shepherd has been running and jumping on it. It cleans up nicely and we were able to wipe up most of before it soaked in and was able to clean the rest with a quick spot clean. The size we got won't fit in our washing machine, but it is very easy to spot clean with either Lysol wipes or spot shampooer. It looks great and is able to hide the dog fur. The size we got fits nicely in the space. It is also extremely soft. It is pretty thin (but we didn't opt for the padding). ... show more

This is a beautiful rug and I'm glad I ordered. It is very thin but very soft and I wanted a thin rug for the space I'm using it in, looks great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I haven't tried to vacuum it yet, but I have so many pieces of furniture on top of it, it probably won't go anywhere.
