And when we cut it open and let it inflate it took less then a day to be its max size and OMG is it comfortable! I’m sleeping on this almost every night because of how comfortable it is. We do have a super small apartment and it fits perfectly in it. It’s super soft so bonus points and our two cats absolutely love it. The shade of black is definitely dark and black so I don’t have to worry about it not matching the rest of the apartment. And did I mention how easy it was to set up??? Legit took it out of the box and cut it open and BAM! It’s assembled. I do want to mention it does sit low and it does slightly separate the two parts but that’s an easy fit because I have a deep freezer right next to it and I have it against the wall. Thanks to FedEx dumping and damaging (cut through the fabric/stuffing), I had to put a claim in with the seller. The seller was very prompt in responding and sent a replacement out. It arrived in perfect condition and within minutes, I had a very comfy living room set. Yes, I set this up as living room furniture because my space is smaller and I do what I want. Sitting on it as a 5’4” human is comfy, but sprawling out on the chaise part is the best! The fabric is soft and it’s a deep black color, not a faded color like some blacks on fabric can be. Make sure you have adequate space for this thing to expand while you remove the plastic wrap. There are 2 pieces as well, but they’re sandwiched together perfectly for unwrapping purposes. Slight “new furniture” smell that dissipated but that’s pretty normal. I stood on it to hang a picture and it didn’t cave in or have any bounce back issues. I love this couch. It's super comfortable, obviously easy to set up, and takes a beating from my 6 year old. I love that you can set it up however you like it and the material is really nice. The back of it isn't very high, so I guess some people might see that as a con but it doesn't really bother me as I lay on it more than sit up straight lol. I honestly think the price is pretty great for what you get. It's pretty big and definitely could be used as a spare bed for guests. Get this couch! ... show more
