This couch is so comfortable. It feels like the entire thing is a pillow. It’s firm enough to withstand normal use without slouching or sagging. The fabric is plush and warm. I was worried that the sections would shift around when I purchased it, but that hasn’t been a problem so far. You will sink into the seam between both sections if you move around too much, though. The best part was the assembly. All we had to do was open the box, unwrap the plastic, and then it was ready to go after it settled completely! It’s fairly low to the ground, so beware if that’s not a look that you’re into. I think it fits in my space nicely. The color is lovely, too. I love it. It’s more comfortable than my bed. I’ll admit that it hasn’t made me very productive for the last few weeks 😆 I like that it molds to your Body from the memory foam but also still Manages to stay firm. I’ve had no issues with feeling like this couch is sinking in spots. I’ve had this issue with traditional couches. Please be aware that the chaise part is almost as big as the couch side. I’m 5’4” 145lbs and it was quite the struggle to get inside my apartment . Granted, I had to get it through the back porch and it was left on the bottom of the stairs . I had to break open the box & carry it in as individual sections. A second pair of hands would be helpful. The entire box felt like a 100lbs in tact. With that being said, this couch was so worth the investment. It’s huge, forms almost immediately , and fills out nicely. If you’re worried about the pillows looking limp, they do fill out and get nice and fluffy. Just buy it. You’ll be glad you did ☺️ ... show more

Love the fabric. Value to functionality ratio is spot on. We purchased this for a basement sitting area as “real” furniture is out of the question due to narrow doors and hallways. Easy enough to carry the one box downstairs. It probably took more than 3 days for it to fully come back to shape, but it’s comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The wonder of a whole grown up couch coming out of a comically small box! We opened the package and voila the couch unfurled and then it “grew”! We left it over night to let it puff up. It is a lot firmer than I imagined it would be. It looks nice and is great for movie night. It can be cozy or just look stylish. My husband wants a second couch of this style for a music room. I like it more than I thought I would. (I had expected to like it fine too) We have hardwood floors. This couch doesn’t slide all around like the old furniture did. This is a nice couch for the price. It is sturdy but soft! The pillows took around a week to really get to this nice shape. The only downside is you cannot sit on the edge or you will sink! It was super easy to “assemble”, just make sure to give it the full 2-3 days to poof up.
