    • Ottoman does not match couch!
Color: Camel/R 95"
Review Image by MV
INITIAL POST: I would have given this five stars but the ottoman does not match the couch! Will update review once I see how seller responds to the issue. UPDATE: Amazon handled my issue quickly and fairly. They gave me the option of returning the ottoman or receiving a credit for the cost of it. The agent I worked with was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. As for the couch itself, I really like it. The fabric is soft, and the cushions are firm without being uncomfortably firm. It’s comfortable enough that you could easily sleep on this couch, which is a nice bonus. As other reviewers have mentioned, it does sit lower than some couches, so definitely measure your space before purchasing. I’m 5'3", and the height is perfect for me and my kids, who use this couch in our TV room. I've only had this particular couch for a couple of days, so I can't really comment on how it will hold up over time. However, we purchased a similar couch from the same line a few weeks ago and have been very happy with it so far. I think, as with most furniture, how well it holds up will probably depend to some degree on how heavily it is used. Overall, I'm very happy with the couch so far, and I especially appreciate how Amazon handled the issue with the ottoman. ... show more

    • Extremely satisfied thusfar
Color: Black/L 106"
Great couch. Honestly I measured the area and somehow it winded up filling it more than I anticipated. Regardless of whether that's user error or not I'm more than happy with how big and comfortable this couch is. Go to any furniture store and this would be minimum $2000. I honestly feel happy spending the money I did for this couch, great value. It only took about 10 minutes to assemble and now we're waiting to see how long it takes to fully enlarge. Once you open the shrink fit bag it shoots up to full size. The first one was unanticipated so my wife got a little scared lol. Overall great purchase and I'm completely happy with it. Two things I'm curious about is how much the backing to the couch will fill up for back support and how long this couch will stay in good shape for. I'll come back to update on those things as I only just opened it up and assembled. Even if this couch goes to crap in just a few years most people wouldn't spend less than 2k for this investment anywhere else. Great job. ... show more

    • This couch is Heaven
Color: Black 95" L
Our couch showed up looking all compressed and innocent, then POOF! within no time it expanded into the softest material, like a cloud. Honestly feels less like a couch and more like heaven gave us a hug. It’s incredibly comfortable, super soft, and feels very well made and durable. You can tell the quality is there the second you sit down. We planned to ‘test it out’ for a few minutes and accidentally started considering canceling all future plans instead. Perfect for movies with the kids. I’m on a budget so for the price it’s absolutely worth it. I shopped for weeks and glad I chose this one. One of the best surprises: there was absolutely no weird off-gassing smell or chemical odor when we opened it, which made setup even better. If you’re looking for a couch that’s cozy and beautifully made, and dangerously nap-inducing, this is it. We absolutely love it! ... show more

    • Very flimsy
Color: Black 95" R
Not very sturdy! Really a one person couch, very disappointed, too big to return or I would. Hard to keep all the dust fuzzies off. Size to small, definitely looking for another couch, never again will I get a boneless one!!

    • Very firm couch with soft material
Review Image by Ali
The couch fabric is soft. The couch itself is extremely firm. If you prefer firmness this is a great choice. If you’re wanting a plush feeling where you sink into it, this is not plush. In the picture I put the cushions on the top against the wall to allow more sitting area.

    • Great for a kid area only
Color: Brown 95" R
This “couch” is for a kids area in a home. Kids and teens could comfortably hang out on this, it is comfortable enough. However, it is not suitable for an adult living room. It’s sturdy enough but you absolutely get what you pay for. The 2 pieces do not attach. If you’re tall (5’8”+) it’s only going to fit 1 person laying on it. There’s no real back rest to it, the cushions included are all very small and kinda thin. We use it as dog beds now for our 2 big dogs. They love it. Think twice before buying this. I bought it to use for a few months while looking for something permanent, I instantly regretted it. ... show more

    • Beautiful couch and easy to assemble
Color: Black 95" L
I absolutely love this couch! It was easy to put together, and the black boucle fabric looks even better in person. The couch is soft, comfortable, and feels sturdy. It fits my living room perfectly and gives it a modern, high-end look without the expensive price tag. I also like that the cushions became fuller after unpacking. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish sectional. ... show more

    • Eh. Could do without it
Color: Green 95" L
It’s not terrible but it’s not great. Yeah installation is minimal, so that’s cools but other than that is been decent. Falls apart easily so be careful not to fall into the crack in between the chaise and the loveseat. My dogs like it. Mostly because it’s just like a dog bed
