Great bike but showed up with battery issues. The battery doesn’t last very long and even when showing charged on the charger, the display on the screen shows only 2 bars. I am having trouble reaching seller for a warranty fix and cannot find an option to purchase a spare battery. Other than that, bike is great. Front motor is very powerful. This bike is a beautiful beast it arrived on time even with snow and ice storm the box was in pretty bad shape but the box is really heavy so I understand. The bike itself was well wrapped so no damage but the bike was missing a small screw for a small plate for the front wheel but doesn’t effect anything maybe they will send me one if not I will find one. It was easy to set up I have only taken it out on a short ride because still ice on a lot of the roads so I only have used pedal assistant which kicked in automatically and wasn’t expecting that but it made me feel like a little kid when it happened . The battery took about 5 hours I think to charge and came with two keys to lock and unlock the battery. So far I really pleased with my new bike looking forward to a real ride after this next snow storm is gone. Gave 5 stars cause the Missing screw is not a real issue ... show more

I was truly fascinated by this bicycle. Assembly was easy; I'm not an expert or anything, but it's relatively simple to put together, even for a beginner. I'd say it's very easy to assemble. The company also provides videos and tutorials on how to assemble the bicycle piece by piece. It's incredibly fast, and I mean it, because I already had another electric bike that reaches 25 km/h, but this one is on another level. I literally tested it 20 minutes ago and almost fell because of how powerful it is. It's very comfortable, agile, fast, and lightweight. I only managed to reach 30 km/h because I wasn't in a large open space, but it's incredibly fast. I recommend it 100%; it's completely worth it. It's a shame I forgot to record a video and take pictures, but I'll do it later if possible. This is worth every penny. ... show more

Initial review will update, looks great could use better job packing it, it was hard to unpack it. Handel bar is hard to install thanks to awkward angles and screws, battery seems to be quality i was able to look up model number cost and replacement stuff , i have managed to get time on this bike and i have to say that the claim this goes as fast as it does is not true, tested with two rides with 100 pounds difference and nowhere near listed speed, handles are not adjustable and i keep banging my knees on them, its drop shipped from China and he cant tell me the screw and bolt sizes but can speak to his engineer. so im not sure how im going to pedal on this thing i still have not been able to install the light and im afraid the parts are not going to arrive on time ... show more

First thing, This bike is fast! This is my 1st ebike so I'm comparing it to what I know. It's faster and quicker acceleration than a mini bike or even a moped. Dual motors will give you all the traction you need. I have only rode it about 2 miles and realized I need a helmet and gear. Installation is easy when you watch the YouTube video. Recommend this for adults or dirt bike operators. I'm overwhelmed with this bike! If there is a con I would say the tires could be upgraded. The original will do for now. I weigh 220, and pulled hills with no effort. There are 5 speed modes in increments of 10mph. I've tested up to 3. Get this bike, you won't be disappointed. Well built and sturdy. ... show more
