Love this bike? I put a puppy trailer behind it for my golden doodle to ride in. We’re loving it! The bike is very fast but I only do a max of 25 mph because I’m an older guy. When I put it together I noticed a problem with the headlight so I reached out to the company for a remedy and Mr Frank Li immediately remedied the problem by sending me a new headlight. Delivery was faster than expected. Though I feel like i was missing a washer and the brake was a little too close to the fork frame. Seems that there is some noise coming from the front breaks due to rubbing. Seller did respond out back very fast with recommendations and fixes for the issue listed. So far so good. Waiting on gear to correct the issue due to shipping damage and correct so called installation correction to see if it revolves the issue. We'll after evaluating the product, the listed above issue was between the manual and the chair, (user error). Funny how miss placement of a washer makes the biggest difference. Once the washer was placed in the correct alignment the noise factor went a away. The spacing of the break pad self corrected. This bike has a lot of torque when in the dual motor mode. It is a lot of fun to ride. Im 200 lbs ish and was able to get the bike maxed at 41 mph on a straight away, im sure it could have gotten faster. Seller of the bike was awesome in contacting me back right away with a resolution. Fantastic support with just pictures and a small description of the issue. ... show more

This e-bike is great! -Easy to assemble -It can handle steep hills -Lots of torque! My friend's dirt bike stopped running I was able to pull him back to the truck -After 2hrs of off-roading on steep hills in full electric mode only lost one bar of battery life

Easy to assemble. For saying its a large power bike it really is not. Goes only 30 mph tops. Battery is okay but not as long range as told. Its a 3.5 star at best

Top speed of this bike is determined by the weight it carries. I weigh 238 pounds and can get 35mph. Way fast enough for me. VERY impressive torque. The duel wheel motors are very powerful. Handling hills and rough terrain very well. Assembly of the bike was easy. Had some questions about programing via email. Customer service got back to me within 2 hours! Suspension system along with the big tires offer a great ride. When comparing prices of similar bikes this bike was the best deal. Looking forward to using this bike for commuting in the city and riding on trails. ... show more
