After one week and using it just for the heat, very impressed. Being used in a 8 x 16‘ lofted shed/shop that’s uninsulated. Kept it on 62° was able to work in 20° weather in my T-shirt. Anxious to check out the AC capabilities.

Unit was working fine for 2 1/2 months. It provided great cooling at heating. The remote operated correctly and somewhat easily but with vague remote instructions on the symbols. *Suddenly the Interior unit suddenly stopped working!* I have 3 of these types of units and haven't had any issues until the interior unit of this one stopped working. When I tried to go directly to the seller to ask questions I was directed via AI chat to Amazon, where I was told this item is not eligible for return or refund. --> I'm not asking for a return or refund. I was just hoping to get a replacement interior unit from them. I have been blocked from any conversation to make this statement. So obviously, at this point, I feel completely abandoned for any customer support to even engage in a conversation. ... show more

I really love this unit and so does my handyman who installed it. He even asked for the info on it so he can let other customers of his know. It is SUPER quiet inside and outside. It does a great job of keeping my sunroom cool. I set it at 70/72 because I live in Florida and it gets hot. Great unit!

Very quick shipping, they took the time to tape down the bailing straps so they wouldn't snag during shipping. One box was torn on one end but no damage to the unit. Shipping was through FedEx with only one stop between Texas and Alabama. Units appear to be good quality. Installation instruction are decent but watch an installation video on UTube to get a better feel as what to do. Looks simple to me. ... show more
