The color is perfect! The material is smooth and soft. The cushions are cozy and mold to your body. They’re firm, but supportive. Assembly was super simple, and didn’t take too long to complete on my own. I’d suggest pushing the bottoms to the wall to slide the backs together for a quicker and easier assembly. (This will make sense when you have it in front of you if you’re confused.) The cushions are super secure & don’t move, so no Velcro was needed. They’re a bit oversized, so it looks a little stuffed in the photo, but with some adjustments, it’s fine. It’s a little lower to the ground than I was expecting, but it doesn’t change my opinion on it, & I plan to swap the feet out at a later time. Shipping was sooner than expected, even with delays. Omg it’s big and sooo soft and the most beautiful color. I found the perfect pillows to match. It’s really comfortable from the seats to the backrest which I was worried about. The seller has great communication and even checks to make sure you have everything. The only SMALL detail I would say is that the seat cushion is a bit bigger than the base of the couch but it’s not a big at all. The assembly wasn’t too bad. Couch came quickly and was very easy to assemble (my wife did it 9 months pregnant by herself because she didn’t want to wait for me to get home from work smh). The fabric is very soft and stain resistant. BUT….this couch is so firm. If that’s what you like, then I’d recommend. But if you are looking for a cozy and cushioned couch this is not for you. We attempted to return, but the seller made it very difficult. Everything has to be packaged exactly as it was shipped, or you face a 50% restocking fee. We were also responsible for the shipping cost to return which was going to be at least $350. So, we actually ended up selling the couch on Facebook marketplace and getting a couch from Living Spaces. Save yourself the trouble if you want a comfortable couch. ... show more

The instructions are clear and easy to follow, but keep in mind that assembly might require two or more people since the connectors can be tricky to slide in by yourself. My package arrived over two separate days, but customer support was excellent—they responded quickly, even during the holidays.
