Low Profile Metal Bed Frame Just Right

This bed frame is just what I was looking for. It is 3 inches high and very stable. I bought a new deep mattress (11 1/2 inches deep) and the box spring and the mattress fit comfortably on the bed frame. The bed frame has no lip or edge into which the box frame must fit so it can accommodate small differences between the size of the bed frame and the size of the box spring. It is made of sturdy powder-coated metal . It does not have wheels so moving it around on a wood floor may scratch the floor. Assembly requires attaching each of the feet with 4 screws and connecting the parts of the bed frame with a few dozen screws.

Great floor bed

Great low profile bed frame for toddlers. Easy to assemble and raises the mattress just enough off of the ground. My toddler easily gets in and out solo. Good value for the price. Frame is stable and durable as my kids frequently jump on the bed.

Perfect for low bed; very comfortable

I love this bed frame. I am so grateful for it. I have a small-breed dog and wanted to make it as easy as possible for him to jump on/off the bed. This frame is only three inches off the ground, which is perfect. It’s very sturdy, comfortable, nothing sticks out awkwardly to bump my toes on (like what always happened with my previous bed). I like the structure because it provides support but also allows plenty of air circulation. It was easy to follow the assembly instructions. However, I did need to use a power tool for just one of the steps; manual was too hard for that step. It weighs enough to be very sturdy but not too heavy to move to a different location. My mattress stays put, doesn’t slide around. I’ve been sleeping incredibly well since I got it. It doesn’t make any noise when getting in or out of bed. It’s the perfect functionality. The price was great—feel like I got good value. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a low bed.

Price was nice, assembly wasn’t terrible, but it’s a challenge to get it assembled tightly. The screws are on the outside right in front of the frame, so that doesn’t look great. 4 stars because I’m thankful it was available and okay for what I needed.

Don't believe the reviews with people saying it's bad quality. Especially for what I paid, which is the low to average sell price, this bed frame is amazing. The extremely low height is something I needed for a specific application. Overall, the frame was packaged nicely. The instructions could have been better but I didn't use them, just looked at them for observation. Everything connected perfectly and so far it seems sturdy. Time will tell for the durability but for now it's 5 star in my opinion.

Easy to Assemble

Exactly what we needed and as advertised. I have put together a lot of ready-to-assemble furniture and this was one of the easiest bed frames to assemble. All the parts and tools were included and it took approximately 30 minutes total to complete. It is strong and the 5 inch height will allow my tiny elderly mom to get in and out of bed by herself.

Cheap garbage

Had it for 9 months. It was a temporary situation and worked, but definitely not a long term frame. It might be OK for a twin, not for a queen or king. I’m throwing it away now, half the bars are bent. The thing creaked like crazy anytime I moved. The mattress kept sliding down so I constantly had to slide it back up. The feet have no traction either, I put some kitchen shelf liner to stop them from sliding. I don’t regret it because I needed a very short bed for a while. But no, I couldn’t put up with this thing longer than I had to. I’d just put my mattress on the floor.

A Great Option!

This is great quality. I got it because my elderly mom was struggling to get into bed with a typical frame. It was easy to put together and makes the bed just a few inches off the ground. The only downside is if you store things under the bed, you’re no longer able to do that.
