This was super easy to put together! Less than 30 minutes by myself. Assembly tool and extra screws were included. The cover had a strange smell but not bad enough to take away a star. The directions were very helpful, they went step by step so you can’t go wrong. Easy to put together didn’t need any extra tools. Everything that you needed was right there. It’s sturdy and quiet. I will be purchasing another one.

The description mentions it is quiet and sturdy. My 100 pound son got use out of it for 2 months before the metal bars twisted and broke off. There is no resolution for replacement as the site tells you to check the user manual--which did not come with the item. I cannot find a way to contact customer service. ... show more

Easy to put together would have gave it 4 stars if a section in the middle of the bracket was not damaged. It still works and do its job but that extra support could have made a difference with integrity of the support.
