We have two very old metal sheds in the backyard, and they are heavy. In comparison, introducing Aluminum reduces the weight quite a bit. Two people can lift the shed and reposition quite easily. The assembly took much longer than needed and/or anticipated. I attribute it all to a poorly written manual/instructions. For example, it isn’t clear if the parts of the side panels or the roof should be assembled in a waterfall sequence where the right one overlaps the left and so on, or interlocking method where one side is on the top and the other side of the part of the panel is under. I think that one picture seems to imply ‘interlock method’. The doors added a time waster and it wasn’t clear that you first need to assemble all the parts of the door, from panel to side channels, to braces. Make sure all the holes for the fastener align through all the assembled parts, and only then insert the fastener. When the unit is finished, and it sitting on a leveled platform, it it attractive and functional with the doors sliding like pocket doors, saving space. This is a nice little shed. Its nothing spectacular but it will work to store our outside tools and stuff. Simple to assemble and super functional.

This is an awesome shed! You will need a foundation to set this up on, but you can buy 16x16 slab bricks at your local DIY center if you don't already have a slab. The directions are straight forward, and the beams are thick and will support the structure of the shed. It will take two people to lift this shed, so you may want to build it at the location that you want to place it. I'm using this for my lawn mower, gas cans and garden tools. You can easily strengthen this shed with 2x4's depending on what you need. There are several different sizes of this shed, mine is 5x3 so be sure to pay attention to the size if you order one. This is perfect for firewood storage closer to the fire pit! I love it. The instructions said it would take 2 people 2 to 3 hours to put together. We scoffed at that. Nope, pretty accurate! It took about 3 hours. It is a nice shed. I really like the size of it for simple yard storage. I feel the parts are made pretty well and overall it is fairly sturdy. More so when you attach it to the ground or a wall. The instructions were pretty clear. Some parts took a bit to understand, but it was fairly easy to follow and install/put together the shed. The doors slide smoothly (until we get enough wood stuff in there, haha!) so that is nice. I'm pretty happy with it. ... show more
