These washable rugs are great for people who have dogs and hard floors. I have them scattered throughout the areas where they have trouble getting traction. This rug is pretty, but only the tips of the fibers have the full color. What I mean is that it looks more like it was dip dyed than thoroughly immersed. I think this detracts from the overall look and cheapens it somewhat. It does feel nice and soft though! I did have to smooth out a few wrinkles because of the way it was folded. According to the instructions, it's best to spread the rug out on a hard floor for a while before placing it over carpet. The bottom was not slippery when I got it. I have noticed that these types of rug do tend to flip over at the edges once they get a little dirty. Although it's not absolutely necessary, it might be helpful to put a lightweight liner under it anyway. It's so easy to keep this rug clean! For the most part, vacuuming and spot cleaning is enough. It did survive the washing machine quite nicely though.

The media could not be loaded. The entrance from our garage is under a constant barrage of dirty shoes, pets, and us bringing in more Amazon boxes than is probably healthy so I was hopeful that this rug would stay in place and be low enough to give the roomba no issues. I’m happy to say that both criteria are met! These new ultra thin rugs are great for giving you some nice floor coverage, being super silky to the touch, but also being a breeze to clean. Recommend gentle cycle and air dry. This rug also came with a nice message in actual well-written English so that was a plus. The rug measures 59.5x35.5 (so basically 3x5) and has a tidy, bound edge. It has a more updated rubber backing that is less aggressive than your typical Wally World rugs which wont disintegrate the minute you put it in your washing machine. At ~$27 at time of review, they’re an affordable option that you won’t feel too bad about donating in a few years when you re-do your colors or, like my house, let one of the kids steal them for a dorm room. It was a bit wompy the first couple of days but we just kept walking on it and now it’s flat as a pancake. There are plenty of online recommendations for flattening rugs but just toss it down and let gravity do its thing. Color-wise I feel like it’s equal part blue and grey with a “worn” look. It’s pretty enough to match our predominantly soft blue and cream colors but unobtrusive enough to blend in and not compete with the aesthetic. You should note, this is not intended to be a plush or deep rug so keep that in mind. This is meant to be a workhorse that performs in high traffic areas and gives you an upscale look while doing it. Unlike a woven rug, the pattern is printed on the surface but this is undetectable when in place. I highly recommend this!

A bit thicker than some of the other washable rugs that I own. When I unrolled it, the backing was a little stiff but over the last few days it has relaxed and the creases have eased. The backing does not seem to hold this rug in place on my wood floors and it moves when walked on. I have it in a walk-in closet so I manage but I would not want to use it in a higher-traffic area. The print is traditional and even placed across the rug. I like having a border to frame the rug but that is a personal preference. The edging is nicely bound and will wear nicely. I deducted one point because the color of the rug I received is more seafoam green than blue . It is still pretty but if I was matching things in a room and counted on a true blue it might not work. FTR, I did pul it outside to test if the lighting was doing something to it but it was even greener on my back porch than inside. :) I do recommend the rug but caution that the color may be different than the photo on Amazon or as described ("Blue").

I am a self-proclaimed washable rug connoisseur, and I can proudly say this is a great rug. I like that there are instructions included for flattening the rug out. I laid it out on my kitchen tiles for an hour before putting it in my closet and it was almost all the way flattened out. Aesthetically, the design is soft on the eyes and adds a classy look to wherever you may put it. This rug really elevated my closet space!

Rug is a beautiful combination of muted colors. Pinks, greys, and blues. Sounds like it would be a mess but it works. The colors are soft and work with just about any design. It’s soft and low pile so easy to clean. My dogs like to lay on it. And what I like is when they get it dirty, because they will, it’s easy to put the rug in the washer or take outside to wash. Generally it’s impossible to clean a rug and has to be thrown away. The washabilish means I don’t have to keep replacing my rugs just because my dogs are getting older.
