This carpet was bought for a rec room. It is a very nice soft carpet. Although it is thin it is still very nice. It does come folded & vacuum packed. The package says the creases will be out after letting it sit for a week. In all honesty, with how bad the creases are I cant see that happening. However, I didn't wait to find out i used my steamer on the back side of the carpet. This worked perfectly! It did take a lot of time but was worth the work.
