I've had this queen-size set for over one year now and, for the price, am very satisfied. The crisp look you see in the photo is tough to maintain because it is a thin cotton that wrinkles easily. I use a spray starch on the duvet and pillow shams to keep them looking new. Washing is tough to avoid since the white really shows any food stains easily (what?! eating in bed?! guilty.). Having said that, the duvet cover is easily taken on and off for washing. After you've done it once it might take you 2-3 min each time. Unless you REALLY don't notice the difference in quality among sheets of different thread counts, you will want to dispense with the set that comes in this package. Super low thread count, super thin material, super wrinkly (I mean IMPOSSIBLE to press) and even a bit scratchy. It's too bad because they're a great look with the duvet and pillows. The sheets are very generous in depth so they would work fine for pillow tops. Well, this review is thus far too negative for my overall rating so let me emphasize that the set really looks like the photo, it is very beautiful & welcoming, yet gender-neutral. For a lower-use room, such as a guest room, it will appear that you spent a fortune on your bedding--as long as you use your own sheet set! ... show more

This duvet set is very nice. The colors are vibrant except the aqua in the center..it's a bit muted. The duvet cover is beautifully made but short for my california king. The sheets are comfy but a bit warm and will take a few washings to be as comfy as I would like. The shams are not as shown...do not have the contrasting dark blue/indigo like the bottom but rather the geometric shapes not depicted in photo. Wish it had some matching throw pillows. All in all, I'm very happy to sleep in my new bed clothes! ... show more

Nice quality duvet set that has held up well over the six years we've had it. After several washes you don't even have to iron the duvet cover - it lays pretty flat and is a nice weight. It's not really like the "Hotel Collection" quality you'd expect from the real brand, but it's a nice, economical alternative. ... show more

This was the very nice final piece to my new bedroom. Matches my decor nicely. Blanket was a lot thinner than I expected. So if you're thinking you're getting a big fluffy blanket, this is not that. This is a wonderfully "neutral" bedding set: not too "manly man" and not frilly either. Be very careful though, the photograph on this product is a tad misleading insofar as color is concerned. I was expecting more of a "silver/beige" ensemble with gold accent, instead you get a much brighter yellowish/gold color scheme. It still looks good, though! ... show more

This is the first bed in a bag purchase I have made and I am very happy I made the purchase. The quality of the set is excellent. The comforter is very coxy. The duvet is bright, bold and well made. The sheets are soft and feel wonderful. I couldn't be happier with this set.
