It’s bigger than i thought it would be ngl 😭 i love that though! 1st thing - ALL of the couch is damn there washable except the very base. Everything else unzips and can be washed! Which was expexy important for me. 2. Thick! It’s definite thick and it feels firm enough - you will not sink into the couch when you sit! 3. Very sturdy! Lemme start with saying - every single box came with more instructions and screws and stuff so i have hella extra screws but that means that if you lose any! You’ll have extra pieces to compensate for it. 4. Assembly was easy!!! I would’ve been able to do it myself (my mom ended up helping me - which was nice - took us about an hour bc she moves too slow lolol) 5. Creamy color like i wanted! It’s not white it’s definitely creamy beige it’s light enough for me it’s gorgeous 6. Delivery - IT CAME EARLY!!!! Omg i was so excited. 3 boxes total - first 2 arrived then last box came the very next day! Quick delivery shipped fast! Lovely lovely and the seller reached out as soon as i placed order :’) 7. No places for storage - that wasn’t my focus or concern though just wanted to add that in there! Lastly: I’ve officially had the couch up for 2 days now! I’m in love. All these blankets are on it bc i haven’t gotten the fabric protector yet - and I’m letting my dogs vibe with me - so keeping it cute !! But i am in love with the couch! Can’t wait to get a new rug to match! It’s so cute i would 10/10 recommend and would buy it again!

I was hesitant to buy a couch on Amazon, for obvious reasons. But I figured, why not! After reading all the reviews, I went with the light Grey color and the only bad thing I have to say about it, is it comes out a little too shiny. However, we've had the couch for over a week now and the color has grown on us. But the comfort was actually the most surprising! It's really big and cozy. 6 of us can fit on the couch comfortably and the ottomans add extra space for seating if you have a larger group over to visit. I love that the ottomans are movable and can adjust to how you feel like sitting. It was very easy to put together. My son and I assembled it within an hour. All in all, im very pleased with this purchase. Hoping it stays fluffy and comfy for a long time.

I've had this couch for about 6 months now. For me, this is more of a 3 star couch but I think it deserves 4 based on price and because my issue with it is pretty specific to me. The couch looks great (I got it in yellow), the fabric is indeed durable (I dropped an open green highlighter in between the cushions while grading papers and was able to get it all out), and most find it really comfortable short term. My problem is what happens with long term use. The back and arms are low compared to the seat level, and the metal frame of the back is at a slight angle and has only very thin padding (although there are couch cushions). Also the seat cushions have springs, not just foam, I have some ongoing neck and back issues which soon made it very uncomfortable for me to be on the couch for long periods of time unless I was lying down. I only bought it as a temporary solution while I picked the "right" couch for my apartment and all things considered it is a great couch for the money. It's just not the right couch for me.

Love this! It's the perfect size for a small room I set up to watch tv. It was pretty simple to put together, went much faster once my husband broke out the cordless drill! The couch is comfortable and looks great!

This cloud couch is everything I wanted it to be. It was easy to put together. My fiancée and I had it together a little over an hour but that was an us problem and triple checking instructions which were very well written. The pictures were super helpful as well. Everything you need is in the boxes. Next, let me explain that this isn’t my first time buying couches online. The last couch I had, was low to the ground, too firm of seats and the back cushions were a joke. The height of the back cushions and the seat depth was embarrassing. It costed me $300 less than this couch but this couch blew me away. I cannot express how wonderful it has been to me and my fiancée. The ottomans turned this into chaise like seating and I have been sleeping good. It’s sometimes hard to get through a movie because I will fall asleep. I appreciate the craftsmanship and sturdiness of this couch. When sitting on it, you do not feel the hardware. Just straight comfort and softness. If you are looking for a firm couch, this isn’t for you. It is very soft and plush. The seats are so wide and deep so I promise you will be comfortable. The back cushions are high too. I’m 5’9 and I can sit back comfortably. Now with all the good there are some bad. But the bad can be fixed for your comfort and how you want even though for the price, the couch is good as is honestly. So the back cushions are not secured on anything so they will slip around a bit. Not a big issue for me. The legs are only 3inches so it will be super low to the ground. If you are tall like myself, I would invest in 4-6inch legs and problem solved! Lastly, if you have wood flooring or any flooring where furniture can easily move; the legs will slide around on the floor. I purchased rubber pads to keep the couch sturdy and it has been perfect. Other than that, this couch is perfect for the price! You cannot beat it. I would like to show love to the seller as their customer service is top tier and amazing. I had an issue and they were on it and solved it quickly with urgency. Very nice and understanding. This couch is wonderful and will accommodate anyone. All I can say is good luck trying to stay awake while watching tv on this thing.
